I had cataracts in both eyes. Dr. Hertzog expertly diagnosed them and developed a treatment plan that was effective and gave me clear vision. The surgeries even made my distance vision glasses free for most situations! The staff at this practice is also exceptional.

The staff was professional and very informative. First time patient and the wait was over 2 hours to see Dr. My appointment was at 9:45 am and I finally saw Dr at 11:40 am for 5 minutes. I’m not happy at all. I finally got called at 10:30 am to start the appointment and then sat in a room waiting for dr. Overall not impressed since they have a strict cancellation and late policy. Where is my $ for the place being late

Dr. Mok is amazing at what she does! Entire staff is friendly and professional. Juanita was a lifesaver when I called wanting to get in the same day due to an eye emergency. The office was super accommodating and understanding. I was worked into their schedule with such ease. Beyond grateful to have been referred to this office for my eye issue.

I was never told that my appointment was not with Dr Paul which didn't make me happy.. The Dr we ended up with was very nice but I should have been told before hand...It felt sneaky. She was great though. sorry I don't recall her name...

Pro: Clean office, great assistants Cons: Eye doctor is great but poorly manages takes in one too many patients for certain time frames or receiving eye exam patients at the same time as laser eye patients. Waiting an hour with one person still ahead of us has not been treated. Why make an appointment if you’re not on time with them I get 15 minutes or so but an hour unbelievable.

Our daughter’s glasses broke (at the bridge) and we were in a crunch to get a replacement. We walked in, without an appointment and were greeted by the friendly staff. Rita promptly had a solution, was able to save the lens, swap them into new frames and had us out the door in under 15 min. I can highly recommend Pearle Vision Seal Beach!

Went for eye exam with Dr. Choi who is wonderful! Very intelligent, knowledgeable and personable. She explained every step of the process. I opted to have digital photos which I recommend. She walked me through the results and explained everything very clearly and comprehensively. In addition, everyone else at Pearle Vision was very friendly, helpful and professional. The location is great, space is beautiful, and they have a great selection of frames. 👍👍

I couldn't have been more happy with my experience at Pearle vision at their Seal Beach store. From the second I walked in from the time I picked up my new prescription I was treated with the utmost attention and professionalism. I would highly recommend Pearle vision for any time you need eye care

Beyond amazing experiences with Dr Kim for long-term eye problems that I’d been told were not able to be corrected. She’s kind, straight forward, speaks in common terms that are easy to understand, and has an amazing support team at Kaiser and the AV Surgery Center!

After being scheduled for Cateract Surgery at Trinity Eye Solutions, after seen an Opthomologist at Acuity Eye Center in Lancaster and having my Pre-Opt completed, one day before I was supposed to begin eye drops, in preparation for surgery, I called to get my time slot for surgery. I received the time I was to be there for surgery. I received a call within about an hour from the Surgery Coordinator. I was told the Surgery Center was not contracted with Medicare! I don't know what is going on but I have contacted a different Doctor, and am setting up my surgery. This has been the worst experience I've had to deal with ever! I was left hanging! Nothing was done to help or correct the problem! I will never return to this Eye Group!
