The Opthalmology assistant was excellent. He took his time and explained everything to me. Your facility is so nice and clean. Dr Pasquail was very through and explained my condition in detail. I look forward to coming back for my eye care.

Dr. Tran is awesome!! She is very knowledgeable, welcoming and answer all my questions. She made me feel at ease with no pressure. Dr. Tran is amazing and you won’t be disappointed. The staff was professional and pleasant.

I work in a doctors office and patients are a priority. My first impression is made with that first phone call, which was a very good impression. Very personable and accommodating. I was able to get in the same day for some new lenses for my sunglasses. The technician was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I definitely will be coming back here for future eye exams.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Beach Eyecare. They always have friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff and doctors. The office and rooms are always clean and my appointments have always been on time, which I definitely appreciate. I wouldn’t say they have the largest selection of frames in-person, but I personally shop around to find what I want ahead of time. If they don’t have it in the office they are still able to order exactly what I want. I’ve never felt pressured to agree to any procedure/service or pressured in to making any purchase. Some years I buy glasses/contacts from them and some years I take my prescription elsewhere, depending on how their price compares to what you can get online or other stores.

Great staff, friendly helpful and caring! Dr. Go was very competent on checking out my eyes, and I was happy to learn my AMD had not progress. Dr. Go explained how to clean eyes properly. Dr. Go cares for his patients and explains problems and solutions very clearly.

The Eye doc was amazing. I had two young girls with me and he was patient, kind and entertaining to both of them while I got myself taken care of. Even the gal I was sent to for picking my eyewear out was awesome. She really helped me out when choosing a pair. Thanks a ton!

I had a good experience with the eye doctor and staff at this office. The staff knowledge is amazing. I like working with Dr. Go and Susana Gonzales. She is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Go to everyone who needs laser assisted cataract surgery.

This was my first visit to LB Family Optometry. Initially I was impressed with making my appointment over the phone. It was quick and simple. I appreciated the staff calling me when they had a cancellation because they knew I really needed to be seen. I didn’t expect that service. Thank you! I also appreciate the friendly reminders via email, text and a call. Great touch! The office location is perfect, with enough parking. The office is clean, safe and appealing. The front and back office staff were professional and polite. I was seen by Dr. Pham and she is wonderful (understatement). She explained everything very well and made the experience valuable. I look forward to my next visit. They have a lovely showroom of their eye glass frames with a variety of options for every budget. I feel confident to recommend this office for your eye care needs.

Great service, from the ease of making the appointment on-line, to checking in, going through the exams, and the actual visit. I love that they have the latest tech available for accurate testing and to better assess your eye health in general. Dr. Prasad is such a great care provider, it’s a pleasure to talk to, he takes his time to really go over everything and work with you. I wish all doctors were like this! They also have a great selection of frames to choose from.

LB Family Optometry provides exceptional service every time I visit. Dr. Pham is an exceptional doctor who is thorough and explains everything perfectly. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a large number of reasonably priced frames. I highly recommend LB Family optometry.

Took my 15 month old to have her eyes checked, first time in three kids so I was very nervous. I struggled to get out of the house (toddler) & by the time we arrived, we were not only late but had missed the 15 minute grace period. The reception staff were incredibly kind & asked the Dr. if he could still see her, which he did, and both he & the nurse were so patient, gentle & sweet with my baby. The Dr. was quick but thorough & my daughter was fascinated by all the instruments & little distraction toys. As he explained his findings, I felt very reassured & had complete confidence in his diagnosis. Bringing your baby to see a Dr. is always a little daunting, especially when there might be an issue, but when the staff, nurses & doctors treat your child with kindness & sensitivity, any fears are mostly alleviated. Great practice, highly recommended.
