My daughter went in for a routine annual eye checkup and was billed for a specialist visit. We then purchased eye glasses from them after they quoted them for us. Upon picking them up they told us that they messed up and the glasses would be $90 more. I would not recommend.

Was billed for contacts I never ordered and then they turned me over to a collection agency.

Great Dr does a great job

Very disappointed in my elderly mother's recent appointment. She has severe health issues, and was left to wait in the waiting room nearly 30 minutes after her scheduled appointment before being seen, even though the staff knew in advance of her healthcare challenges and inability to sit in a chair for extended periods. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and condescending. It amazes me that anyone would have these types of employees be front-facing for their medical practice. The doctor himself was exceptional - but will never recommend this practice to anyone. Reading other reviews, it is obvious that the staff's behavior is commonly disappointing.

Been coming here since 2016 and they consistently deliver high quality care. Dr. Bateman is very personable, and his staff are always on point.

Great experience! Loved the opticians, loved the receptionist, and loved the doctor! Everyone was so nice and helpful and I found the perfect pair of glasses for such a reasonable price! Will be coming here whenever I have any optical needs!

Great friendly staff

Excellent service from beginning to end. Starting with Jose, I’m not sure his title but he called me in and did the initial part of the visit. He was patient and did very well explaining everything he was doing. Dr. Hinojosa was incredibly sweet. Jose Sosa was very helpful going over insurance benefits and helping select frames, lenses and explaining the process despite this not being my first time there. 10/10

Awesome customer service as always! The staff is always warm and welcoming. Dr. Hairston is amazing. She pays attention to every detail and always ensures to give the best diagnosis; very thorough. My entire family loves her; I won’t go anywhere else.
