I took my mother to Dr.Shabatian and was met by very polite and cheerful receptionist. We were called back to the exam room within10 minutes. The technician was extremely professional and polite and explained everything that she was testing to my mom. Shortly after the doctor came in, introduced himself and started to examine my mom’s eyes, as well as going over all the data that was compiled by the technician. We found his bedside manner to be very polite and professional, and the whole experience was like going back in time, everyone was just terrific. We were thrilled to death to have found this doctor and would recommend anybody to this facility.

Dr. Shabatian was informative and provided an opportunity to regain my eyesight without glasses now 20/20.Cataract surgery nearly painless.Highly recommended.

Had eye surgery and they messed up my right eye and caused permanent eye damage.very poor vision in right eye ok in left eye, I was given 3 shots before surgery and felt pain during surgery could hear everything and had a weird dream.

Dr. Shields is always so kind, friendly and informative. It is evident she cares about me as a patient, and is always happy to address and investigate any concerns I bring to the table. I can’t say this for many doctors, but I actually look forward to my appointments with her.

Dr. Shields is amazing. She always makes me feel like I have her undivided attention. She listens to my concerns and makes sure I’m comfortable with everything we discuss. I would highly recommend her and the office as a whole.

She’s very helpful and really wants to help find something for you that works for you. I went through lots of different contacts and she was patient with me and helped me find the best ones for me. She also is very good at what she does and is a down to earth person. I really enjoy seeing Dr. Shields for my yearly check ups.

The doctor was very rude to my sisters and I . I have a really bad vision and couldn't see the letter she was asking me to see and instead or helping me she rushed me and I got the wrong prescription !

I like Dr. Parks and his staff. All are very professional. I am moving to South Carolina and hope I can find an eye doctor as good as he is there.
