I Was on my Last pair of Contact Lenses, and needed an Eye Exam Asap, I called around to about 10 optometrist and couldn't get an appointment till a month later. I called their office and the Lady that answered was very kind and Gave me a Same Day Appointment. When I Arrived, I filled out a form and waited maybe 5 minutes for my exam, I Was out of there in about half an an hour with my New Prescription and a New Pair of Contact Lenses. I Would Definitely Recommend To Anyone 👍

Been a member a long time...even worked in eyewear for 10 years. Today we went to have the lenses replaced in two pairs of sunglasses . Have done it here before and the frames were perfect. The lady behind the counter said "our lab won't do those frames they are really picky" funny thing is we've brought frames before that were the same brand and more curved and they did them just fine. There was no valid reason to turn our business away. We're off to you're competition to see if they will take care of us right now.

Worst eye appointment ever. Glasses actually have fingerprints in the glass and multiple brillo pad looking scratches. The staff and doctor are absolutely feckless.

I called this vision center multiple times on different days to schedule an appointment and no answer. I left a message and never got a call back. I finally called and got through. The person on the phone said she would put me on a short hold to open their scheduler. I waited for 15 min and then they hung up on me. Don't waste your time.

Janice was awesome, she checked me in and explained all the lense add-ones to me, and she helped me pick out a great pair that fit my face! Dr Kim was super helpful in explaining everything about my eyes and getting my prescription just right. Great experience here every time.

Janice and another lady were so helpful when I was trying to decide on frames. They were patient with me when I was taking my time in the store and I left feeling like I had made a great choice for my long overdue new pair of glasses. They have a large selection with nice brands, the store is very clean and and I am very happy with my experience at this Lens Crafters. I have had bad experiences with smaller optometrist offices here in the AV, but my eye exam and experience selecting the perfect pair of frames far exceeded my expectations. I find eye exams difficult (I can never decide whether "1" or "2" is better very quickly), but Dr. Chao was very patient m with me and kind. This is my new go to for my annual eye exams and when I am in the market for new frames. I definitely recommend coming here, they'll take care of you!

My experience here was AMAZING! The staff was very attentive and made sure I found glasses that perfectly framed to my face along with finding a cute style that works for me. Janice was especially helpful and ensured my frame perfectly conformed to my face so they wouldn’t fall off. Highly recommend 10/10!!
