I agree this place needs help the doctor who examined me looked blind in one eye, not being disrespectful but he needed glasses and a retirement plan. The workers weren't helpful at all like they all hated their jobs, final comment the doctor was rude also and seem prejudice towards my skin color wanted to leave the door open while he examine me who does that, when I asked him to close the door he became angry and resistant to close the door, my contacts seem like they aren't for my eyesight,also weren't capable of filling my eyeglass prescription this place needs help from professional optical staff and a competent eye doctor or close it's doors there is no other competition near by and this place still can't be professional and legitimate

The staff and doctor were extremely nice and very helpful. They answered every and any question I had and even helped me pay a lower price when I didn't know if I was eligible to. Will definitely be coming back every year!

No follow up offered, just money taken for the first visit

Advanced eye center has an amazing staff. They were friendly, curious, and professional. I will recommend them to everyone. I'm so excited and impressed on the results of both my eyes. Dr Mahasneh was informative and is great at what she does. Thank you for a new view on life.

Dr. Villani took excellent care of me on Nov 10 but the aftercare did not go as smoothly. My eyes were dilated, examined, and pictures were taken of my eyes. The nasal spray sample sent home with me worked, but getting a prescription and a prior authorization is very difficult. After more than 2 weeks, I still do not have the medicine needed. Now the office voice mail is full. My pharmacy and insurance say the paperwork is in the doctor's hands. I also wish the clinic had something to mitigate the effects of light on my eyes when I went outside after the appointment. The sun is not a friend to dilated pupils. Yikes!

Staff is extremely kind and they go above and beyond. Just got insurance, like the day before, and didn't have a card yet. I was just going to pay for the exam, and they looked into the system and found me. No charge! Thanks guys! The doctor was extremely friendly and very personable. Highly recommend!

Dr. Koch and his team were awesome! Everyone was super friendly. The gentleman who performed the routine tests in the beginning explained how each machine works, what it does, etc. which was great. Dr. Koch was very nice and had a sense of humor, not something you always get in doctors offices! Thank you!
