Easy to make an appointment, everything was communicated to me for the entire process. The doctor was awesome! I felt heard and very taken care of. It really seemed like she wanted me to have the most success with my prescription because my astigmatism makes everything finicky. Moving around and finding any new healthcare providers sucks, it’s always great to luck out on the first try.

This was the first time I had ever seen or been treated for had anything done, with my eyes., Anything with your eyes is really frightening for me, , but she turn things around and made things very comfortable.

At Florida Eye Specialists I am fortunate to have Jason F Miles as my doctor. I’m very impressed with him. He is thorough, explores every aspect of my care plan and even included another specialist to confirm his thinking. His team is amazing as well. I will go into eye surgery with confidence.

The worse service ever in my life. I strongly don’t recommend them. They sell you service you don’t need just to take your money. I was very disappointed. I advise everyone to always check the prices somewhere else before making any order with them. Also you should get second opinion before making any decisions. They will definitely rip you off like they did with me I only need reading glasses but they convinced me that I need Bifocal and progressive that I don’t need. When I tried the glasses and didn’t work for me. I asked them to just change it to basic one and refund my money back. But they refused and told me they can’t refund me anything and changed my glasses to regular one and lost my money. Definitely a rip off. I told all of my friends about my bad experience and they spread the word and talk to others not to go there. By doing that they will lose more and more clients

Truc was very knowledgeable about what was needed based on my requirements. He was also flexible and did not push anything on me. I felt comfortable and confident about my selection and purchase.

The worst optometry staff ever,very rude and unprofessional, tried to call for scheduling an appointment but nobody answered, went to clinic to schedule the appointment, they said we don't do appointment in clinic, and you have to call,which they don't answer, what a ridiculous system!!! This clinic is out list. Plus the very long wait people were complaining about, they don't deserve even one star.
