First time here and it was great! Dr. Silvermans office came recommended from the old manager of another office. Reception greeted me as soon as I entered and went through my patient paperwork with me to make sure everything went smoothly for check in. The technician took me back and was both efficient and professional for the eye scans and other tests. Dr. Silverman (the Mr. ) was thorough and just as professional as his staff. He made sure to answer any questions and recommended. Selecting my glasses went super smooth and I got an excellent deal for a second pair! They gave me a set of silicone ear grips since I am pretty clumsy with my glasses. (And showed me where to get more of them) I cant wait to return to the office for pick up!

My family and i have been going to Dr. Silverman for many years. Have always had a great experience with him and his staff, especially Laura. Laura always know what frames we want when it comes time to pick the frames. She'll have a few picked out and makes choosing frames very quick. Always an awesome experience with the whole team.

I have been going to Dr Silvermans office since 2007 and they have always been amazing. The staff and doctors are patient, respectful and friendly. They work to make sure the patients are happy and comfortable during the visit. I would for sure recommend this office.

I had a fantastic experience at the East Lancaster Walmart Vision Center. The staff were exceptionally attentive and made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them for their efficient and friendly service.

I had a great experience Dr. Kim and staff were very nice and explained everything just right. When picking out my glasses Andrea did an amazing job she has great customer service! She was very helpful didn’t give up on me when I was being picky on what type of glasses I wanted. I definitely would recommend Andrea to anyone going to the glasses center.

Martin was very helpful! I truly appreciate his help. Would definitely recommend it to others.

I had a follow-up appointment today from a Sept. 21st appointment & when I got to the clinic, they informed me that my appointment had been canceled via phone message, yesterday. I have no record of a phone call or voice message. They assigned me another appointment in Dec. in the afternoon, which I can't do. The next morning appointment that they had was in May of 2024! I have type 2 diabetes with a bleed behind my eye and they want me to wait until May?!?!. When I explained that it was important to not wait that long because of the bleed, they said that was all they could do for me. 😡 Really?!?! Needless to say, I will not be going back there & I recommend that everyone stay far away from this place!! Have you noticed that they only reply back to those who give them a positive review? 😡😡

I was early for appointment and was taken in just as fast. I spent 1 hr for this appointment and all the employees were very helpful. Overall I had a great experience. Thanks Acuity, Kenneth Nelson

DO NOTTTT GO HERE!!!!!!! it’s the wait time is ridiculous. My mom was there for three hours the other day. I went in as a new patient and it was an hour in the lobby and they hadn’t called me yet. I knew it was going to be a very long day so I opted out. There’s like 40 people in the lobby and the front desk girl is pretty rude. I just told them, never mind, I won’t be fulfilling my appointment. I am better off going to Sam’s Club for an exam. That’s all it was. I don’t want to waste half my day there and leave irritated. ✌️

This office is outstanding. Teresa and Noemi at the front desk are helpful with my questions and sweet. The staff in the back are very helpful and answer questions and make you feel like their happy to see you. Dr. Shabatian is out standing as well. I went to Dr. BEESLEY for years and when he retired it's hard to change drs. But Dr. Shabatian is exceptional and easy to talk to. Made me better without surgery. LANCASTER EYE INSTITUTE in Lancaster is a great office for anyone needing a great experienced Ophthalmologist.

The truth is, I went to have my glasses repaired and the woman who was there just refused and said she couldn't. I went to another place and there they helped me without charging money.
