Dr Shabatian was very nice and patient when I asked questions. His staff was very kind as well and the office/clinic was clean and sanitized. He always took his time checking me, after my surgery he was surprised as to how quickly I was able to see, we were both pleased with the outcome. I’m a million times grateful for his kindness and his great work ethic.

I am used to an eye exam taking 10-12 minutes max at Costco. This annual exam took about an hour and 15 minutes. Longer than what I was planning on but Dr Israel knows his stuff and takes his time to make sure if there is a change in your prescription, he wants to get it exactly right. I really appreciate that kind of attention to detail and was happy with the results of my appointment in his office.

As usual, the staff was extremely helpful and polite. The office was very clean. My appointment was on schedule and I received an excellent exam. I ordered new glasses and was thrilled with my discounted rate. In 2 weeks, I will no doubt receive the same care when my new specs arrive. Keep up the great work, guys!! 😁 …

From the moment you walk in to the brine you leave it’s a wonderful office. Staff is nice Dr. is very knowledgeable and they answer all questions you have. Glasses are ready in most cases within 2-3 weeks. I booked two more appointments for my two other children because I was impressed.

Very friendly doctor. Explains what's going on with your eyes in a way I can understand . No waiting for hours to see her. I was seen on time. I would most definitely recommend this place to family and friends

After our former doctor quit taking our insurance, we found this office. The doctor is great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We've only been twice, but have had no problems.

We had such a great experience with Dr Shields. She is amazing with kids, my 6 year old daughter was nervous for her first visit but Dr Shields made her so comfortable and happy during our visit. She explains everything so thoroughly and easy to understand. We’re happy to have found her!

Very professional, knowledgable and outstanding service was provided by the Dr. Peterson and Staff. He was very informative, all procedures were fully satisfied, he also discussed other observations. We were informed throughout the ENTIRE process. Dr. Peterson was OUTSTANDING. My 13 year-old daughter was very nervous about her eye exam but Dr. Clark did a fantastic job. He was friendly, patient, and informative The office staff was very helpful and attentive as well. My daughter was very happy with the experience and you cannot beat Saturday appointments!

The best place in AV for your vision (I tried others). They have helped me with eye issues, prescriptions, glasses and contacts. I am always impressed with the service and care. I have been coming here for about 10 years now.
