Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful (I wish I had gotten their names) but this is an amazing team of people! I instantly felt comfortable and the quality of care was unmatched. Dr. Patrick is personable while being thorough and thoughtful. The gentleman that helped us pick out our glasses was not only honest and helpful, but informative and completely transparent about our insurance costs and coverage, consistently updating us on what we would pay out of pocket. You get the best quality care with a very personalized and one on one feel that you can’t get most places. I’m sad we didn’t start coming here sooner but I could not see myself going anywhere else while we live in Louisville!

You guys have to fix the phone in that office. Always when I try to call is always busy or not working. How can I make my appoinment or ask questions if the phone is not working there?? Thank you!

I got an adenoidectomy and a tonsillectomy with Dr. Edward Lee of Prohealth Physicians. This was my first major surgery besides small dental procedures. After my insurance denied my surgery at a big hospital like Saint Francis, I was contacted by the CT Surgery Center to schedule the procedure. The facility is small, easily accessible, HASSLE FREE, well lit, clean, I could go on! From the moment my procedure was booked, the facility kept in touch to ensure I had everything I needed for the big day. All of the staff that I talked to on the phone or met in person there were extremely kind, professional, friendly, and detail oriented. Drop off and discharge went very smoothly, there was no confusion on where to go or park, and I can not say the same about other facilities I have been to with my family.

I am very unsatisfied about this place. I paid for my contact fitting and trial , called back they said everything was ok , but never got my contact prescription, I called back and they said oh you need to come back and re-pay everything .

Dr Cleary and her staff literally saved my ability to see today! My glasses were broken when a walnut rolled off my roof and hit me in the face breaking my glasses in half. I showed up and told them what happened and scheduled a next available appointment for an eye exam. Within 10 minutes they called me to come back in and she worked me in for an exam so I could get a new prescription and glasses today because I had no back up glasses. I am very grateful and appreciative of them going above and beyond for me today!! I will highly recommend everyone I know to come there! Thank you Michelle for helping me get my frames picked out and order placed for my glasses to be picked up today!!

The staff at building A & C are great. They really take care of you. From the office staff to the nurses and their technicians. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I have seen Dr. Handler is great. He helped me with a major issue on a Saturday when I had to be seen in the ER, and he opened his office for me. Also, Dr. Robinson is a great doctor, and he performed both cataract surgeries for me. The hardest one was at the hospital surgery center, and the other was at their on-site surgery and laser center. Both were done between August and September of 2023. I will always use these doctors for my eye care needs.

While visiting family in Castle Rock, I needed some help adjusting my glasses. Although I wasn’t a patient at this office, they were more than willing to help. After quickly assessing what the problem was, they took my glasses in the back, made the adjustments needed and they fit perfectly! Great customer service! Highly recommend!

I dont know why my moms name came up when I want to leave a review. I have been going to Dr. M. for over 20 yrs. I used to wear contacts, but don't anymore. And the dr. Never ever said, touch your eye with your fingers without the contact lens to get used to it. That is so bogus. I wear glasses because it's very dusty where I work. I always have a good experience with the staff and the Dr. They always make you feel right at home. Love going there. They always have the glass frames that I like. Thank you Doc. Donna Mcgee

My daughters and I have been seeing Dr. Han for many years and we've always received prompt, excellent service. The entire staff is welcoming and professional, and Dr. Han takes the time to do a thorough exam (I never feel rushed) and answer any questions or concerns I have. She is also great with kids. My 4 year old daughter enjoyed her experience at the eye doctor so much that she said she asked when she was going to go back to see Dr. Han! I highly recommend Focal Point Eyecare!

Very quick , I was seen at my appointment time, and the front office staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Bryan was recommended by a family member and I will recommend him and his office to all my friends and family.

Dr. Patterson and his team are great. His MA staff are detail oriented and highly knowledgeable about their jobs. You can tell how valuable they are to Dr. Pattersons practice. His front desk staff are always polite and accommodating. They treat everyone with respect and make them feel comfortable. Dr. Patterson reflects this in his manner and expertise. He truly cares about his patients and staff.
