I wasted my time and my gas driving all the way to their office just to be told no, I am not a good candidate for contact lenses. The doctor refused to give me a prescription. Maybe you should pre screen your appointments ahead of time so you don’t waste peoples time and money. I was there less than a year ago, and you knew my appointment was to get contact lenses. If you saw my eye condition and current prescription on your records, then why even have me come in at all?

First of all I got discriminated against by Juan the manager. That guy sent his front desk assistant and she said to me that " I look like I'm not going to buy glasses so we're going to refuse service to you because we lost money on you cancelling your last pair of glasses". I cancelled my glasses that I paid for the next day IN October because they used the WRONG insurance plan and I was spending more money than I should compared to what my current insurance offers. They said that's fine we'll give you a partial refund for the mistake. I'm thinking I'm getting something from it so it turns out its a partial refund because I'm paying for the lens's that they wont let me keep even though I'm paying for them. Of course I asked if I'm to be paying for them then put them towards next month when I come back to pay for glasses. He said they can't do that. So of course I'm not paying for something I can't keep. Remind you I cancelled the next day after I purchased everything. After finally getting my full refund I asked if it was okay to come back next month and they said okay that's fine. I come back and this discriminative manager named Juan refused me service because of how I dressed and because they messed up. They clearly violated my civil rights I'm pretty sure. I WILL be getting an attorney. When I asked for corporates number they gave me my insurance providers number. So I can't report him. Juan is dirty and corrupt. I was more than respectful and very understanding so please understand I was being professional the entire time. I hope he gets fired cause he is unprofessional and dirty. Everyone else was nice and understanding. Also I told them I had VSP Premier and they said yeah we see that. So don't tell me to come in and charge me for glasses when you guys used the wrong insurance plan which was VSP basic. I even called VSP and the guy on the phone literally said get a full refund.

I had a problem with my new glasses. The left and right lenses weren't centered at the same level, which compromised the clarity I wanted. I went back to the vision center somewhat late to make an adjustment and was helped by Eunice, who is very professional, thorough, patient, and kind. She adjusted the frame’s fit to my face, and I can see clearly now. Thank you for having such an expert person on your optical services staff.

My experience with Dr. Wake and his staff has always been professional, friendly, and informative. The good doctor is very thorough and definitely concerned for his patient. He's the best at what he does. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs eye care and wear.

Dr Bokosky was wonderful. Very professional and caring. Lady at front check in desk not so much…maybe just overwhelmed due to busy office or it being a Monday. All others were wonderful.

Their customer service people are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Eye exams are quick and easy. Frames and lenses are very competitively priced, usually below most other sources. And they accept most insurances

I was very happy and satisfied with the level of friendliness and professionalism at new view. Dr. Khoa D. Truong is amazing the best!! Very knowledgeable and professionally. Explaining everything throughly and answering all my questions. He invests in new technology to help him as the health care provider as well as me (and other)as a patient. I highly definitely recommend this place to anyone needs glasses and contact lens...etc Me and my daughter will be become in to new view for ours eyes care needs from now on for annual check up. Going anywhere would be a mistake.

Really great care, for both the smaller things (timeliness of glasses) and big things (glaucoma, seeing double) I love their staff. The doc is really knowledgeable and friendly. the staff deal very well with my narrow face-still wearing kate Spade in my 50s. Can't say enough good about their service.
