Dr. Farid is the best. I had my cataract surgery with her along with new trifocal lenses that is rather new on the market. My vision was 20/20 the next day after the operation without any pains or discomfort. It has been 4 months since my operation and it feels like a miracle. I am living without glasses for reading, driving and sitting in front of my computer. I can't thank her enough..

My experience was excellent. Dr. Farid literally has given me second sight with the cataract surgeries she performed for me. I found her extremely knowledgeable, friendly, responsive to my emails, and took the time to explain my different options. The eye examination I had prior to the work up for surgery was also very thorough. The nurses pre and post-op were professional and attentive. My only suggestion is this: go to the Gavin Herbert Eye Center on UCI campus to see her. The appointments I had in Orange were far more difficult with long waits, parking issues, etc.

Doctor Lee is the best optometrist in the state of California and have been bringing my wife to her for her eye treatment. Definitely recommend for anyone who has eye sight problems,

Dr Lee was very unhelpful and rude. She was in a rush and wanted to be done with me as soon as possible. I left the appointment feeling very unsupported. I wasted $85 and I won’t be back for my follow up.

I had a narrow angle glaucoma and Dr. Abedi tried to fix it, which is a procedure that usually takes no more than 5 minutes, but she took 45 minutes because she failed to adequately prepare my eye for the procedure. My eye was in pain 1 month straight and finally I got a second opinion, and he told me she put 3 holes instead of 1 which is extremely unusual. I got my second eye done with another ophthalmologist and I will need to redo my first eye. Overall it was extremely unprofessional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chia for almost 2 decades and have recommended her to many of my friends. She is a very caring physician, not only for my eyes but my general health. She explains everything to me clearly and answers all my concerns. Even though she's not in my insuranced network, I won't go anywhere else.

My whole family has been seeing Dr. Chia since 90s. We love Dr. Chia and the front office ladies .. especially May. She always patiently explains the insurance benefits and keeps my wife updated with annual allowance.. We’ll be seeing Dr. Chia for many years to come..

I have a condition called corneal erosion. At times I have been in an acute state where I cannot get my eye into a comfortable state for hours or even days. It feels as though my eyelid is sandpaper blinking over my eyeball. It is unbearable. Dr. GE has found a remedy that works everytime, and even has allowed me to come in without an appointment to help me! She's truly been a lifesaver!
