This was my first appointment. I appreciated that Dr. Do & her assistants seem dedicated to comprehensive eye care and they were not in a rush. I noticed that the tech / assistant introduced herself - this may seem insignificant, but I personally feel that it shows that the practice is interested in the patient and that all are accountable towards contributing to good patient care.

I have not visit their hesperia store just yet but I will be visiting soon I got my favorite, Very inexpensive pair of glasses. yes very fast if it's owned by the same people who owned the victorville location they are awesome people.

Dr. Yung, who is a competent doctor, believes in ripping the bandage off with bad news. Which I can appreciate. But I would have appreciated being given a minute to digest what I was hearing and discussing options. It was like he dropped a bomb and left quickly after laying out a possible step forward. One that would not work for me. Perhaps he had a bad day. But maybe a discussion on his beside manner is in order.

Dr. Yung was professional and efficient. He was a good listener and was familiar with my case. I would definitely recommend him to others with glaucoma care needs.

I wanted to take the time to let anyone that reads this review know that this place has people that will really take care of you. I went by not too long ago and Karina has some impressive patience that made me comfortable asking all my questions. She made sure to know everything that she needed to in order to get me exactly what I needed. I wore my old glasses for 9 years and they never felt as comfortable as the ones that Karina helped me pick out. She’s knowledgeable and I really couldn’t ask for a more helpful person for this.

The ladies at the Hesperia Vision Center are amazing!!! They were so very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and friendly. They helped me choose cute, affordable, stylish prescription sunglasses and regular prescription glasses. I highly recommend them and will continue to go there in the future!!

Came in to ask about an appointment but immediately noticed the lady was annoyed that a customer had walk through the door. First Sight Vision needs to work in their customer service skills and at the very least treat customers in the same manner they would like to be treated. To conclude, If you don't want to be treated like a lesser individual I would highly recommend finding another optometrist near you because aside from the bad customer service their prices are not even competitive.
