The staff at Target Optical is welcoming and friendly. Dr. Ho has quick service. Nikki was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She was patient in explaining to me my benefits for my insurance and how to get the most out of it. She went out of her way to help me submit a claim to save me more money. Overall I am always pleased with the service, which is why I continue to come back every year for my annual exams.
