Terrible. Called 30 times in the span of two months trying to make an appointment and was only able to get through once. Told me to make a new account and call back and they never picked up again. Waste of time.

My son has special vision needs and I have been taking him here for years. They are knowledgable, professional and courtious.

The staff is very professional as well as pleasant. Dr Barnes has been keeping me informed every step of the way. He is very compassionate with me and willing to answer any questions I may have.

Ana, the manager at Target Optical was extremely helpful! I needed some adjustments to my glasses and even though they had been purchased elsewhere, she was very willing to help me. I really appreciated her friendliness and professional expertise.

They didn't even know me for something that was so painful it was God awful

I have been coming here for over a year. I came in with an emergency situation and doctor Torres & Khoubian have been great. I had to stick with one so I am seing doctor Khoubian now. I have a very complicated case and he has been diligently working with me in order for me to have the best outcome possible.

This was my first time at this location inside Target, and I was very happy with the experience. The doctor took the time to talk to me about the issues I’ve been having with my vision and spent more time tweaking the prescription than I’ve ever experienced. She was so professional and reassuring. I’ve been recommending this office to everyone.

The exam was okay, didn’t feel as thorough as one done with an optometrist face-to-face. As a result of these exams being completed virtually, you are charged an additional $39 on top of your co-pay. I was not made aware of this, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere for the exam.
