nice people but it is no A/C so hot inside, I may not want to go there again

Elin and the owner are always a joy to be around, I actually look forward to visiting in addition to getting a new pair of glasses. I wandered in about 5 years ago and have bought about three pairs of glasses every year since. The prices are a little higher on the frames than the previous place I purchased. The only reason I gave it a four star. However, they are better at putting lenses in (the other place blamed the frames not fitting on the shape of lenses, probably why they should have five stars :-), and have even given me a free brand new pair when they could not be fixed. Eye Wherehouse makes it work. I believe they guarantee each purchase with a warrantee. I'll continue to return because of the excellent customer service.

After dealing with other eye doctors and getting glasses that didn't properly fit, I've found the perfect place. The staff are very friendly and pleasant. Dr. Giovanetti genuinely cares about my vision. The staff takes time to explain your eye glasses and makes sure they fit your needs. Definitely happy!

I was recommended by a coworker and she was not wrong this is a great place. The Optomotrist was very kind and knowledgeable he makes you feel comfortable. The assistant was very professional and nice, the girls in the front are wonderful they help you feel welcomed and assist you on choosing a great pair of glasses for you.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Doctors take his time performing the eye exam, I never felt rush like other places.

I had to find a new optometrist because the one I had, dr. Kent risk, is no longer in Walmart, Ramsey St, so I ventured out. After much prayer & looking, I chose professional optometry, on Owen Dr. My experience was great! The staff was nice & friendly & the lady at the vision center was awesome!

Great experience

It takes a lot for me to write reviews, but I have to give the highest of accolades to Dr. T and his staff at Harvard Eye as well as the incredible nursing staff at Alicia Surgery Center. Dr. T and his team (with a special recognition to Amy) are professional and compassionate. I had cataract surgery in both eyes, 1 week apart. My surgeries went very smoothly ( and actually so quick and easy for me). I am still in the recovery stage and so far everything is going exceptionally well. Thank you Dr. T, Harvard Eye and Alicia Surgery Center.
