Bad attention. They take a long time to deliver the glasses. Incorrect measurement. They do not respond to complaints.

When I come here I’m always afraid, because of my pre-existing conditions. But I appreciate the nurses both male and female they take time to explain what’s going on and what they plan on doing.. Today I’ve had Ahmed Almakki, do my ultrasound, he was very compassionate thoughtful and over all nice person. Then had the pleasure of meeting Thomas with respiratory therapy and he also was very nice knowledgeable and patient… I really appreciate your staff.

Went into this location just to get my eyes tested and get a pair of glasses. When I walked in I was greeted warmly by the staff. I was helped by Shelly and she knew exactly what frames would fit my face structure. I had a great time trying on glasses. Will definitely be back at this location for some summer frames. Highly recommend for all your eye glasses needs.

My experience with this doctor had happened a while back, but still hurts me to the core, I left crying. What happened was, I purchased contacts that weren't right for me, I called to switch to a different contact type, that a friend recommended, I spoke to the receptionist and got a change that I wanted. When I came back to the office, this doctor shut the door and said "how dare I go behind her back". I will never forget the way she made me feel. This was a horrible experience

The wait is 100% worth seeing Keith Rundle. He is so precise in his skills, in the office and in surgery. He makes sure every lens is placed in the perfect position before finishing each surgery. He takes his time with every patient. His office staff is great too! I am 100% happy with my cataract surgery and new vision!!!

He was great with my mother. Patient, courteous & kind. Very professional & a great surgeon. He's performed cataract surgery on my mother & wife with great results. I would highly recommend him with reservation.

Doctor was awesome. Explained everything regarding issues with my eyes and offered to take care of them cataract surgery. I’m excited very nice facility.

Dr. Kopp and the CVP Physicians group have always been professional and competent since I started going to them 7 years ago. In fact they were the ones that found my brain tumor 7 years ago. Consequently I now have glaucoma for which I see Dr Kopp for. She's always energetic and positive. She is a straight shooter with information about my condition. She doesn't hold back anything. In fact I think of her as the energizer bunny. I feel confident that she has my best interest all the time.

Dr Brown’s office is perhaps the most efficiently , effectively run practice I’ve ever seen! This compliment coming from a nurse who has been in charge of hospitals! The office is amazing ! Everyone , from the check in, to the check out, is friendly, kind, thoughtful, empathetic, just lovely, one and all! Dr Brown is through, skillful, and puts one immediately at ease! I’m so truly grateful to be under his exceptional care!
