I had the best experience. I was seen the same day I called to book an appointment. The doctor was so sweet, friendly and the appointment was about 30 min, I was in and out. Highly recommend. I went for a DMV vision test. I will be going back for glasses once they are needed.

I have used Walmart for eye exams for prescription for a long time. I originally started going here because of how low the price was with out insurance. Now that I have insurance, I still choose Wal-Mart even though it's out of network. I always receive quick service and all my questions get answered. The Dr really takes time to ensure I understand everything. Based on my profession the Dr even made additional recommendations that would help with eye strain. Really cannot recommend it enough.

If there's an option to rate this place ZERO stars, then I would. My sister has been going to this place for 8 YEARS and her eyes had worsen tremendously: from a 1.5 prescription to a staggering 4.0. She wears their orthok contacts and can’t even see people’s faces when she talks to them. In a span of 6 months, they changed her lens continuously and now her vision randomly fluctuates throughout the day. I am sick of these people and THUS DUMPTRUCK OF A PLACE. I WILL BE SUING. THIS ISNT A THREAT. THIS IS A PROMSIE.

Assuming HAI YENN works here or knows someone who does - STOLE my credit card information to have the items shipped here. You forgot to change your name - shame on you.

have been coming here for years (actually more then a decade), my last two visits have been very disappointing. The optometrist is very good, very polite. The front desk lady is very professional and polite, the elderly gentleman who helps out with the glass fitting is an awesome person to talk to, very friendly.
Its that other Weirdo RUDE guy at the front desk, what a sorry excuse for customer service.
On my last visit he actually wanted to charge me for a co-payment for an eye-exam, but I was not going to get an eye-exam as my prescription was still good and my vision didn't change, all I wanted was a new pair of glasses. So what I think this person wanted to do was charge my insurance (VSP) and also charge me $25 for a service that was not performed. THATS FRAUD!! I told him in a disgusted tone that that was fraud and that, it was wrong, and that I would be leaving a review.
Wow, they really need to fire that guy, he is losing them customers, my wife and I will now be going some where else.
IF you see this guy there be prepared for a weird experience, of RUDE customer service (just with him), perhaps he should work at a lady's hair salon or something...Just saying.
Not coming here anymore.

Be aware this place sells cheap products from China without warranty.
They don't stand behind their product.
Got a pair of glasses from this place which lasted for less than 4 months. The frame just cracked and could not hold the lens; it's worst than frame from the 99-cent store.
Called them today. They said their policy is not allow them to replace the frame, and advised me to buy the other frame, same model and size to fit the lenses. (It could crack again in 4 months.) People change the glasses every year because of the change in the prescription, not because of the defected frame.
No warning that they are not guarantee their stuff. But when I called, they said they posted the warning sign. I did not see it; and how can you sell the products that known-to-you is not last even for a year.

Dr. Phi Doan himself is very nice, but his staff are otherwise. Receptionists are cranky and arrogant. The other doctor that also work at this place is also not too friendly.
If you buy $500 glasses and they will be very nice to you. Glasses and frames here are ok, but to get your glasses, you'd have to go through some frustration and feel discriminated by the receptionists/doctor.

This office is only interested in making money from you. If anything wrong with the glasses, instead of correcting their problem, they want you to pay more.
