The doctor was very thorough and let me know exactly what she was doing and why. She also gave results of how my vision was changing and assured me that my eyes are progressing normally for my age. Also, the pre-exam was done and I was advised of what was being done and why. Overall the appointment went very well. Everyone was very professional. A very good experience..thank you!

I've been seeing Dr. Shetty for close to five years. He has a calm demeanor and provides excellent care. The wait can be a little long depending on the day as there are two waiting rooms. (After the initial evaluation you wait to see the ophthalmologist). I've never seen the optometrist here who only come on certain days of the week. Otherwise the office is clean and bright. Easily accessible by the Q17, Q88 and Q30 buses and right off the LIE.

Appreciate the care I’ve received over the years at Olathe Eye Care and Dr. Brinckman taking time to explain details of eye health and what I can expect in years to come. I really like their use of an Optos retinal imaging camera, avoiding dilation of the eyes and allowing future comparisons with previous year’s results. I highly recommend Olathe Eye Care.

I never felt so degraded and belittled by a doctor who took an oath to do her best to serve the needs of her patients. I went there with hope and left there wanting to crawl under a rock and cry. She was more interested in the fact that I had been to several doctors and had lots of similiar testing performed and as she questioned me to discuss my issues she began this sarcastic giggle. At first I thought she was laughing with me and as we continued and more detailed information was discussed, the number of doctors and procedures I had, she continued with the sarcastic giggles followed by the rude, obnoxious and superior behavior that no patient should ever have to endure especially when they are afraid and attemping to get answers relative to their failing eyesight. I woke up at 5:00 a.m. to get to her office and the drive was almost 1 1/2 hours. She ushered me out with, there is nothing more I can do for you here, you need a glaucoma specialist, that is what you have. How many drs. have to tell you that? I said well do you want to refer me to one and her answer was you can exit right this way, you are scheduled to go to Mass, Eye and Ear Institute so I’m sure you will go there. I left there hopeless, feeling belittled, degraded and unheard, but glad I pursued other avenues and did not let her gaslighting stop me. It has been determined from 2 other specialist that I don’t just have glacoma but there was another eye event which took place. I would not recommend anyone to her and if I could I would love to share my story with a news station as I believe she owes me an apology; would like to know how many other patients she made feel inferior or she should be shopped secretly to uncover her lack of professionalism and be fired.

Horrible service. The doctor didn't do the eye exam right. Couldn't see nothing when got the glasses. They gave me the money back for the glasses, but NOT the $100 for the eye exam which that was the problem. DO NOT GO THERE TO HAVE YOUR EYE EXAM. They took vanished of a person that doesn't speak English to still $100. Shame on them.

He's quick and easy and super nice. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure to answer all of your questions. I'm not a fan of doctors, but this is one of the few that I like.

We love the doctors and never have a long wait. They are good about seeing us quickly for emergencies. I take my kids and elderly mom there.

Dr. Trent Thielke is an excellent doctor. He gives you details and shows you graphs of his findings. Most appreciative to have this ophthalmologist.

Huge selection of frames to try on. I immediately found the perfect pink Kate Spade glasses that I’m happy with. Staffs are friendly and helpful! I received my glasses earlier than expected as well which is a plus!

My appointment was @12 and it took over 2 hours to get completed. Way to long for customers with a hectic schedule. On the bright side glasses were reasonable
