Dr. Frank and his staff were wonderful to work with. Dr. Frank has top notch diagnostic equipment and he is very considerate and takes his time doing an examination and explaining his findings. I highly recommend his practice for your eye health needs.

The new LensCrafters location in Middletown is so much nicer and more convenient than the old place on Main st. Glenna is very pleasant and helpful. She helped me find my frames and proper lenses. I was a little skeptical about the eye exam, but the tech was awesome and explained exactly what the machines were doing. I’m sorry I forgot her name because she did a great job. We went over the tests with Dr Ahmed who also was extremely nice and ready to address any questions or concerns. I would recommend this place to anyone needing an eye exam or glasses or both.

I've been going to TLC for almost 15 years, and can't say enough good things about them. I've seen both Dr Concepcion and Dr Kim, and they are both fantastic. I have a very heavy astigmatism in one eye on a weird angle (Dr Kim said it's a 1/1000 case) and they do an excellent job of helping me manage it and get glasses that will work the best they can (I tried switching to a well established doctor closer to home once, and it was a disaster). They also did some routine imagining on my wife's eyes and caught a condition that if left untreated, she could have gone blind. So they saved her vision that day. I would never expect such top-notch optometrists to be hiding inside a Costco, but I'm so glad I found them.

If you choose to get an exam here be prepared to get a script for only one year. He does not give out two year scripts but accepts Medi Cal which only approves exams every two years. So you will have one year you will have to wait to get new glasses once your original script expires. It makes no sense. They offer no explanation either. I recommend going elsewhere.

The customer service here is the best in Bend. I have lived here 26 years and have never received the comprehensive care like Alpine Eye Care. From start to finish, you can trust the care you get here. They make you feel important which can be a rarity these days. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just another quick exam. They helped me make the best choices for my eye care and I left feeling and seeing better.

Dr. Kirti was wonderful. He has so much patience to explain everything speaking softly and taking time to make sure you are comfortable and that you get the best prescription. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Kirti. Everyone on the prescription side is also very helpful and they make sure you choose the right frame or allow you to keep your existing frame to give you the most affordable options.

Went on for a consultation and was pleasantly surprised. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Jackson ran all my eye exams and went over any concerns I had. The optometrist on duty (young female I forget her name) was super nice and went over the procedure and my eye exams. Facility was clean and comfortable overall. Looking forward to having surgery soon.

When I contacted them to schedule an appointment, they promptly accommodated me the following day in the morning, which was convenient for my schedule. The staff displayed exceptional kindness and provided assistance in selecting glasses that were covered by my insurance, making them affordable for me. Parking was not an issue as they validated it, and the parking garage was conveniently located nearby. The appointment itself lasted approximately 45 minutes, during which the staff continued to demonstrate their amazing kindness and provided clear instructions on the procedures. I would highly recommend this place for families as they efficiently and effectively explained each step of the process. The facility demonstrated exceptional proficiency in conducting diabetic exams and effectively managing the condition. The staff displayed a thorough understanding of the specific needs and considerations for individuals with diabetes. They conducted the exams with great care and precision, ensuring accurate results and providing appropriate guidance throughout the process.
