Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had my eye exam and the doctor listened to all my concerns, run tests and explained things to me thoroughly. It was a very easy and efficient process from check in, insurance look up, explanation of my vision benefits, all the way to the end. They also have a great selection of eye ware. They explained that they carry brands that specialize in eye ware (as opposed to brands that do other products such as clothing, etc) I really liked their selection of frames. They very patiently went through a wide range of frames with me to try on as they explained more about each brand or the specifics of a frame. Highly recommend them! Oh and it’s very easy to schedule appointments with them online which is very convenient.

The optometrist Dr. Emani is great. However, the front office staff are disorganized and dishonest. Garrett helped me select my glasses and presented options that were covered under my insurance. After paying for some items that were not covered at the time of purchase Myeyedr preceded to bill me for additional items months later. After calling the office to explain to me why I was being charged more no one called back. Myeyedr insisted I pay for the additional items. The allowances by the insurance were written out clearly when I purchased the glasses and Garrett reassured me that there would be no additional charges. I believe they purposely sold me glasses that were beyond my allowances knowing they would bill me later for more.

I have been going to Focus Vision for about a decade. Dr. Anh Ho is a dedicated professional optometrist, with an exceptional holistic approach to vision. She can and will advise about nutrition, remedies for professional requirements (screen time, special coatings!) or healthy habits for your vision. Goes without saying that she will find the perfect prescription for you as well. Her staff is knowledgeable and courteous as well. It takes me over half an hour to get there, which is a minor inconvenience for me to receive exceptional eye care.

This place gives Wills Eye a horrible name. If it wEre possible to give 0 stars, I would! I went for a contact lens fit August 2nd, it is now October 30th and I still do not have a lens. No one has bothered to return my 30 voicemails or 20 texts messages either! Nor have they responded to the messages my insurance company left. All information for payment was submitted. They received payment for the exam and several other procedures that they did not perform. However, they never submitted proper codes for the contact lens so while they were paid for everything, I still do not have a lens. My insurance company has made several attempts to contact them, but nothing. I am blind in one eye, very low vision in the next. The only way I function is with this lens. I am suffering! It’s horrible the way they con patients. What they do can not possible be legal. Awful that they have been paid & have yet to deliver!!! A couple days short of 3 months since my visit & Still no lens. If I could see, I would be in the office for an explanation! I’ve worn lenses for 22 years and never have I experienced anything like this! I usually read reviews before I go anywhere, but I thought since they are attached to a reputable hospital, there was no need. Please read the other reviews. I’m not the only one they are taking advantage of. Unprofessional, rude and DISGRACEFUL!!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK! 12/13/19 I just want to give an update. Many calls & text messages later and I am still waiting for a return call. I still do not have a lens. It has been well over 4 months My insurance company has tried reaching out and they have been ignored as well. I am legally blind and will need to pay quite an expense in the hopes that I can have someone take me the long distance to the office. Hopefully, that visit will yield results. I have filed a claim with my insurance company against them for the fraudulent services they were paid for. I am suffering, They are well aware that I only see hand movement without my lens. I am Blind in the other eye. I have pleaded with them to call my insurance company to give them correct info to cover payment of lens and yet, no one has called the insurance company. Nor have they responded to me. My insurance company refuses to cover another provider at this time because Edmonds has been paid for the services. I never thought anything like this was possible...especially not at a place attached to the reputable Wills Eye!!!

A very pleasant experience from the receptionist, to the Eye Doctor (Dr. Huffmire) who did my eye exam, and finally the Eye Glass specialist Pam. Pam was amazingly patient with me as I came to her with 7-8 different eye glasses which included some sunglasses - a little bit of OCD on my part. She was able to help me to consolidate my choices to a select few of frames and from there the experience just became even more amazing. Pam is Steller in her professional and personal approach she gave me in finding the perfect eye glass frame and options while detailing everything from insurance benefits and all the great options we were able to add on. THANK YOU PAM!!! I'll see you soon for my pick up and again next time for my next pair of sunglasses. Sincerely 'A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER'!

After years of eye therapy, we sought out another opinion for my daughter's "turning" eyes. Dr. Weaver restored her depth perception and her confidence. His medical expertise and experience are second to none in our region and likely the nation.

Value Eyewear themselves have been great. That said I have now had to buy two sets of frames from them because the frame design is poor quality. I have had both frames lose the hinge from the plastic frames on the same side. Once superglued they never have an issue. Then the frames can’t handle any kind of bumps or life happenings and have both broken in the same way just past the hinge on the plastic. I have had glasses for 25 years and have never had frames act in such a way. I would give less stars if it wasn’t for the fact that the front desk gal has been as helpful as possible. Would not recommend any plastic frames.

Dr. Gonzalez is excellent - I always feel anxious during eye exams, but she puts me at ease immediately with her kind, knowledgeable and empathetic manner. Really takes the time to listen and answer all questions. Front desk staff is efficient, courteous and everything ran on time. Highly recommend!

I came with my mom to check her eyes but this Doctor, PHONG NGUYEN. Not a good dr to talk to, Coz when he says something i had to translate it to my mom for her to understand coz my mom don't really understand English. But this Dr. gave us attitude like he has low temper coz my mom can't follow him until I translate it to her. Pls improve your attitude coz you are a doctor we suppose to feel good and Safe but no, we feel uncomfortable with him.

Doc is really cool but Angela they could do without. Had my first appointment a couple months ago and wasn’t told who the doc was, just the name of the place. I show up and I don’t see the name of the place. I called and Angie scoffed a bit and said the names are all under the docs’ name in the directory. It’s not, there are some business names and I was never given a confirmation email or voicemail indicating who the doc even was. Anyways look under Dr.Balocca under the directory to be sure. Hope I was more helpful than Angela. Also, they need to update their schedule on google and yelp. MWF only.

Very happy with my experience! very professional at the Brea Mall location, Wendy was more than helpful to see that I got what I needed and was very efficient.
