The office was very cold. The staff tried their best to accommodate the situation by being patient in dealing with me but the doctor would not go into the room until I was there so I had to endure the cold room until it was better with heater so he would come in. I guess he needs to make an entrance for some reason rather than helping with situation.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and Dr. Taban explained everything that needed to be addressed in easy to understand terms.

I'm very happy and satisfied and would recommend Dr. Liu and his staff.

Other than the fact they close at 4:30pm, this place is great. The doctors and staff are so very nice and they accept Medi-Cal/Cal-Optima. I come here often. I highly recommend.

Liz is great, always on the go and so helpful. Ann at the counter is very sweet and knows how to get the insurance setup. Jaime and Denise in pre test area are awesome. This crew is fantastic for Dr. Eddy couldn’t say enough great things for this office. I trust Dr. Eddy with my eyes after they recently moved onto this beautiful office here in the 90630 area! After a bad experience at a different optometrist I came to OC Vision Center for a second opinion. They were absolutely amazing. The receptionist, the techs, Dr Eddy, everyone went above and beyond. They were all super friendly, very inviting, and so easy to talk to. Instantly felt very comfortable there. Most importantly they actually listen when you talk and don’t dismiss any concerns you may be having. If you’re looking for an eye doctor, you will not be disappointed.

The his is the first time visiting the Center and I can say from the moment I steeped in till the time I left I was treated with smiles and kindness. The Dr. and staff were warm and informative beyond any experience I’ve ever had at any Dr.’s office. The truly want you to have the best experience.

Love this optometrist. She truly cares for her patients and has great bedside manners apart from being great in her profession. Highly recommend

Brought my elderly mother for her first eye exam ever. Staff and Dr were so patient and helpful. Also bilingual which was very helpful. Such a great experience defined recommend.
