Brought my elderly mother for her first eye exam ever. Staff and Dr were so patient and helpful. Also bilingual which was very helpful. Such a great experience defined recommend.

Made an appointment earlier in the week first time visiting the location , my appointment time was at 4:50 PM I called them informing them I had to work late and I’d be late, man over the phone said it was fine to still come. If your from California you know traffic after 3PM is terrible, as I enter the business to get checked in They have a bald gentleman on the phone being rude saying it’s too late for me and the doctor “can’t see me cause it’s too late” but his college explained to him that he spoke with the doctor & it was okay ? How about you guys get off the phone and assist your clients in the store? By far the worst experience going to an optometry. You guys should all get on the same page and run your business correctly. 2/3/2022

I'm a regular here almost 5 years. I've always had good experiences here except today. It's been over an hour for me to get to see doctor. Looks like there's new doctor today and she did not wipe equipment for every new patient that is my most concern today. High five for the lady who checked my eyes at first did the clean. Please help to prevent spreading out the virus. Thanks.

I have been coming here last 3 years. Excellent customer care !!! 3 weeks ago, I got a brand new pair. Shortly after,I accidentally broke the frame. I went to the store for repair, but it was not repairable. But guess what??? The manager gave me a brand new frame!!!! I didn't expect this, but it was a great surprise! I guess it's worth coming here last 3 years. Definitely, I recommend this place!!!!!!

My daughter went there to get new glasses and contact lenses. Not only was Joyce Nguyen extremely helpful, she consistently had a positive attitude which was pleasant to see as a customer. She had great knowledge about all the questions we asked and definitely knew what she was doing. Nara is definitely lucky to have her as an employee, keep up the good work!!

This was my first visit with this Dr. I was blown away by her knowledge but even more blessed by her kind personality. She really took time to explain things to me. Her staff is also awesome and helped me pick out some cute glasses. I will definitely be back!

Dr Zhao is extremely intelligent and very experienced. Articulate, well-versed, thorough, very much loves her job. Front desk staff are extremely welcoming, very skilled, they understand and explain all their products in detail with pros and cons of each item. Will definitely recommend to others.

I have been coming to this optometrist officer for many years now. The service and level of care provided by the doctor and her staff exceed expectations. She doesn’t just view you as a dollar sign and have you in and out. She will take her time during the exam and be very thorough through every step. Choose to get seen here you will not regret it. You get top notch service, and definitely competitive pricing.

Got my exam and eyeglasses on August 2021, the customer service is great, the optometrist super nice, it was my first time here, and I noticed the lack of technology, I work in the computer 8 to 10 hrs a day, now after 4 months of using these glasses I started to have headaches and eye issues, I think is because I'm having problems to focus on the screen, my eyes get tired pretty fast, this didn't happen to me before, also the lenses get dirty very fast and are super hard to clean, this is the reason I'm giving only 3 stars

The optometrist office at this location were very polite, also they treated me 100% customer service. I made an appointment for next Saturday and while I was filling out the medical history paperwork they had a cancellation and they took me at 1:00 p.m. The doctor was a very Nice I really recommend this office for any customer. The front office reception is an office people were very very nice people they help me out they went out of their way to help me. This is the kind of customer service I like at a doctor's office. So if there's anybody looking for optometrist doctor I recommend this place.
