Had to go here because other surgeon couldn't do my surgery do to my Insurance. Got me in fast. Great staff Dr. Khan is awesome.

Dr Falcone is fabulous I’ve referred friends to her. However I am not satisfied with the lab and warrant for glasses. My first pair had a stress fracture obviously not measured correctly by the lab. Fair enough they were replaced but her warrant was fir one year and my glasses had the same issue So I’m stuck with them. I don’t feel the lab remeasured any differently I’m thinking they just put in the same as before. Frustrating to pay so much and have the same issue exactly as the prior. I would never buy glasses there again but I trust her dr skills very much

I always come here to get my lenes put into my frames !! Jasmin and her lovely coworker and Amazing !! The process was fast and easy I got my glasses no more than 2 weeks I appreciate there work and if you want glasses come here they are very helpful!!!!

Dr. Boots and his office staff are knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and super friendly. My whole family has been seeing him since 2006. I would highly recommend anyone in need of an eye exam, glasses, contacts, etc… go to Plainfield Vision Care you will not be disappointed!!

Extremely unsettling encounter for a routine eye exam. The appointment was almost entirely with the tech and proved to be an extremely unsettling encounter, characterized by discomfort and a disconcerting level of unprofessionalism. The technician's repeated physical proximity, specifically the touching of my knee MULTIPLE TIMES during the examinations, left me feeling extremely uneasy. Such behavior is not only inappropriate but raises significant doubts about the overall quality of the eye exam. The attempt to manipulate interactions at the front desk, urging me to claim a fictitious connection as a "long-lost neighbor" for a purported discount, is a concerning display of unprofessional conduct. Such actions are not only misleading but also indicative of a level of behavior that goes beyond what one would expect in a medical setting. The physical setting of the office, situated in a basement with windows covered in tin foil and seats held together with duct tape, only added to the overall sense of unease. Disturbingly, the use of language such as "this is our little secret" by the technician is not only inappropriate but raises serious questions about the ethical standards upheld within the establishment. I feel compelled to share this experience to caution potential patients, particularly women, from subjecting themselves to an environment that may leave them feeling traumatized after what should be a routine and professional eye examination. I hope that this feedback prompts a thorough review of the practices within this establishment, fostering an environment where patients can trust in the professionalism and integrity of their eye care providers.

I was in need of a pair of corrective lenses and my insurance agency referred me to this location and all I can say is the service given was provided to the highest standard and then some. Upon arrival Kayleigh greeted me and provided me the details needed to get things rolling and to get me into a new pair of glasses. The ophthalmologist by name of mike proceeded to help me with gathering my prescription and also provided me information on the steps needed to further help my vision long term and most of all a woman by the name patsy helped me find 2 pair of corrective lenses and also made sure I was happy to the fullest extent with my frames and lenses. At the end of this visit I left as a repeat customer and I really appreciate that customer service is still alive and well at businesses like these. Thanks again to you all and the staff at this location!

Friendly staff greeted me on the phone and I was able to come in on the same day to look at frames for glasses. They helped me find great frames and they had a great selection to choose from.

My experience was great. Friendly staff and medical assistants. The doctor was thorough and explained everything about my eyes. I am very glad I have such a terrific ophthalmology practice to go to. 5 stars for everyone!!
