My experience was great! Dr. Marsh was able to accommodate me although I was running behind! I thought they were in the mall, but they aren't, which is even better! I filled out all my forms online, which was a bonus!! She was through and answered all my questions!!

I booked an appointment this morning with Dr. Cooley for my 3 years old son. When we arrived To the clinic Vicky, her assistant told me that she was trying to let me know that the Dr.will be late (1h) to our appointment. When I asked her how she tried to communicated with me, she gave me a different phone number ( the clinic called me already in the past, and emailed some communications to my email address). Needless to say, the attitude and aggression we got this morning is uncompromising. Customer service from the bad I've encountered until today.

$99 for the exam and glasses. Dr. Mimi Tran is an excellent eye doctor. She does a great eye exam and contacts fitting. She cares about people's vision and eye health wise.

I have never had such wonderful service as I have at Family Optical. I’m still just completely blown away by their knowledge and professionalism, and even more so by their friendliness! Did I feel welcomed? YES! I cannot say enough about this place, and now with new glasses I can see perfectly. But what I really see in this company is something that cannot be seen with the eyes. Thanks to Calvin he helped in repairing my glasses by restringing them quick. Very professional, he even offered to adjust the glasses for me to help me from needing to push them up all the time. This is the dedicated place I will come to get my glasses fixed all the time. Thanks Calvin
