Optometrist Mary is definitely 5 stars. Went next door to order my contacts and 2 pair of glasses. Had to wait a few days for orders to come back since they didnt have my contact lens prescription available and my glasses had to be sent out. Everything was fine until pick up I was helped by a women named Jessica very unprofessional didnt even go over my prescription and boxes handed to me I had to go confirm I had the correct one on y own once I arrived to my home. Usually when you purchases contacts you are given a contact solution bottle I had to ask her for one and she made a annoyed face and said they didn't have any. Keep in mind I spent over $600 just in my glasses and contacts, I will take my business elsewhere or atleast to another sams club location. But I will definitely come back to the Optometrist there.

I had a GREAT experience going here. I got a same day appt and the entire appt only took about 10 minutes. Sent next door (Still inside Sam's) for my lenses and frames and I now have the best glasses I've ever had. I can see everything and I got 20% off with my Plus membership.

I love Allred eye care. Been a happy patient since before Dr Allred acquired the practice. He has made excellent improvements to the practice and at his new location. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been a long time patient of Allred Family Eye Care and my experience seems to get better each time I visit their offices. The exam equipment is state of the art. There is never a doubt in my mind I am receiving top quality service. I am treated by Dr Alves and I highly recommend her, for her level of knowledge, delightful interaction, and great sense of humor. If you are in need of eye care, I know Allred Family Eye Care will exceed your expectations.

Dr. Allred has been my eye doctor since 2003. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, gentle, and kind. I have moved out of the immediate area, but I travel back every year to see him for my annual exam. I recommend him without reservation for children or adults of any age!

I have never posted a review before, so this will be my first. I usually go to the La Palma location, but was transferred over to the Fullerton location for the meantime. I've tried calling this location over and over again because I had a few questions, but time and time again they've shown no care for the phone. I don't understand, what's the point of having a phone if you won't pick it up????? I live 10 miles away from the Fullerton location, so it is not just a "quick drive away" for me. Once everything is sorted out, I will NOT be returning to this location and aill be sticking with the La Palma location.

The staff and drs are great. However its hard to get hold of them by phone unless you call right at opening. I sit on hold for long periods of time and no one pucks up.

A clean, comfortable office setting. The whole staff welcomes you with warm, friendly smiles. They are all professional and kind. Dr. Pham did cataract surgery on both my eyes. She took the time needed before and after surgery to answer all my questions and concerns in a very kind and professional way. This place is awful. Very money hungry and they take advantage of the elderly. My MIL goes here to get annual vision check ups. She’s been at the office 6 times in the last 4 months because they either do not have her contact lense brand in stock and have to order it… they also refuse shipping to her home (she drives 40 miles one way to get there…). They also refuse to give her her prescriptions! They say she can only buy from their clinic. Which isn’t fair because she drives 80 miles round trip to get there! They nickel and dime her, and in the end, they won’t even give her, her prescriptions and they hold it away from her! She’s entitled to any of her medical records as a patient if she requests it! Very unethical practice!

Speaking for my husband. Feel very confident with Dr Mossier. He is a diabetic and needs a great Dr like Dr Mossier to exam his eyes. We feel we are in great hands. Dr Mossier removed cataracts From both of Bills eyes and with great success. We both highly recommend Mossier eye center. All great people who do a great job,
