Dr R Purgert saved most of my vision. Emergency glaucoma surgery was needed.

I have gotten used to VERY awkward trips to the eye doctor over my years with ocular issues, so that’s what I was expecting when I came in for a last minute appointment today but it was great! I was in the waiting room for less than two minutes before Nicole brought me back for my pre-exam (unheard of before, and it was the best time I’ve ever had with a pre-exam! She was very kind and super enjoyable to speak with!) and the tech who helped with the remote Dr was very good at giving directions and answering my questions. Once I was done in the back, Sherice helped me pick out and ring up some frames, and even called up my insurance to make sure of the details for my coverage. 10/10 will be back for my next exam!

Best optometry place I’ve ever been too. My family and I have been coming here every year since 2013 , Dr.Manalo is super sweet and knows her stuff ! She’s great with kids and adults . I highly recommend this establishment.

I can’t say enough great things about this optical store! We’ve purchased glasses and lenses for both my young daughter and my wife, and every time the experience has been fantastic. The pricing is very reasonable, but what really sets this place apart is the service. Michael goes above and beyond—he’s knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about making sure you leave happy. The whole process is smooth and stress-free, and it’s clear that they genuinely put their customers first. Our family has been going to Vision Care for almost a decade. All the staff are friendly, caring and professional. Dr. Sam, and Dr. Lee go above and beyond. Dr. Sam gets to know the families and he understands our needs (sports, jobs, and even sleep patterns) to recommend our eye cares. What I really love about them is that they genuinely care, I had an eye infection and had an appointment scheduled. My child's eye check appointment was a few days earlier than my appointment. While I was there for my child's appointment, Dr. Sam saw me and told me that he would take care of me right then too instead of waiting for my appointment. His patients' well-being are important to him.

unprofessional clinic. canceled my family member appointment multiple times because they don’t offer interpreter and by the law they are supposed to. front desk people are really rude. also my family member had a procedure done by the doctor and was done wrong and had to go through it for a second time. i’ll be reporting this.

I saw Dr Dib for flashes and floaters .. I was so worried as I never had anything like this before! Not only was my exam complete, but i was assured that my problem was common and I would be fine.. he gave me a handout on a few warning signs for the future and a follow up just to be safe! Thanks Dr Dib and Kremer Eye Center!!

I finally decided to treat myself to a very good pair of glasses and was referred to Optical Heights by a friend. Diane and her team took excellent care of me and I absolutely love my new glasses! She put me in a pair of Stark Gravity Evo glasses and they are by far the most comfortable pair I have ever had. I can be a bit hard on my glasses and these are up to the challenge and always stay perfectly in shape. I needed lens with a prism to correct an eye turn and she was able to have the prism thinned down to the point where it is hardly noticeable. If you are ready for a good pair of glasses that you will love you should definitely check them out.

I was being helped by the store manager. Something I didn't know until we sat down and I noticed her name tag. I was in and out because I had an exam scheduled next door, but there were people ahead of me. Each time I returned, the same rep continued to help me. She noticed how I patiently waited for her in the times I would return and she was busy. When it came time to talk about colors, styles, frames, costs, features, and insurance, she was extremely knowledgeable. I was very impressed on how she was able to attentively help me while still keep up with her managerial duties. She made great conversation to avoid long periods of silence. The whole experience was great from start to finish!
