I came in for an eye exam and new glasses. Nate and Vanessa assisted me. They were very helpful and I enjoyed my experience. Dr. Pang was very thorough and I appreciated her professionalism.

Great staff, nice office. Dr. Kim and Dr. M. Two of the best. They answer all questions and are prompt and helpful with services rendered. I would definitely recommend TERRY & KIM EYE INSTITUTE to anyone looking for vision care.

Having seen Dr. Luu once every 6 months for the past several years, with no reservations I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Luu at Winston Eye Care. He always takes time to thoroughly examine my eyes, then explains his findings and answers my questions in a kind, caring and professional manner. I feel myself blessed to be one of his patients!

Three words to describe him is Rude, Unwelcoming and Careless. He doesn't genuinely cares about his patients. From what I saw he genuinely cares about more about his paycheck then being inviting and welcoming. I would avoid him at all cost.

Dr Mike is a wonderful optometrist. He listens, gets to know you and strives to give you the best vision care you could ever receive. You won’t ever be disappointed with care rendered by Dr Mike.

Love love love this office!!! The staff are amazing and Dr. Mike is just the bombest doctor. I hate places with bad customer service but this place rocks! Dr. Mike is also very social so every visit is fun and relational. I have a hard time with sterile-business only doctors. You are not thankfully going to find that here;)

Highly recommend this eye dr and staff there. My actual doctor was so nice and funny and definitely made me feel important and that he cared truly about my eyes and the girl in the front is just as welcoming and helpful. I found my forever eye dr after being with the same one for 20 years.

Optometrist Mary is definitely 5 stars. Went next door to order my contacts and 2 pair of glasses. Had to wait a few days for orders to come back since they didnt have my contact lens prescription available and my glasses had to be sent out. Everything was fine until pick up I was helped by a women named Jessica very unprofessional didnt even go over my prescription and boxes handed to me I had to go confirm I had the correct one on y own once I arrived to my home. Usually when you purchases contacts you are given a contact solution bottle I had to ask her for one and she made a annoyed face and said they didn't have any. Keep in mind I spent over $600 just in my glasses and contacts, I will take my business elsewhere or atleast to another sams club location. But I will definitely come back to the Optometrist there.
