As of my first visit, I felt like they cared for me as a person. Every employee I interacted with was very helpful. Dr. Wong is the best. He explained everything and answered all questions. UPDATE: I went to drop off some frames so I could get my new prescription a few days after my eye exam. I sat around 10-15 minutes and not 1 person acknowledged I was there until I went to the reception desk. I was then told, someone would be helping me in a couple minutes once she came from the restroom. Fast forward 5 -7 minutes and still nobody to help me. I'm seriously disappointed in the way I was treated. (My original post had 5 stars).

I am a long time patient of Dr Godwin!! She is very loving and caring about her patients. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about not only her job as my Optometrist but she has been able to answer my questions about my Diabetes. Her Staff is very respectful, patient and friendly always! Great attitudes and knowledgeable of their jobs!!!

I went to get an eye exam at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses and after the exam, we went and sat with Heather to do finish paperwork. She was very friendly and professional and I thought she went above and beyond. I had four other eyeglasses with me which I had her check the prescription against the current exam numbers. She said she would happily do it for us. She also explained all the numbers for us. This is called excellent customer service!! We were very happy with the service we received.

He is the only eye doctor I will see! I have been going to him since I was a child! Always has been so nice and caring! He always make sure that you have any questions he will answer them. He doesn’t rush you to get to then next appointment! All the staff is amazing!

I took both of my girls here for their first appt. They were so kind and patient with all of us! We weren’t certain what to expect, yet we were met with kindness, excitement, expertise. My girls felt safe comfortable and excited! They were super happy to end their week at the dentist office 🤭 They helped us make informed decisions and did not try to upsell us. I’m educated to do back and will recommend this place to anyone seeking new dental care

This is my first time trying out Warby Parker at The Forum shops in Carlsbad. The staff was so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming, they made it easy to find what I was looking for. The checkout process was painless, and I was on my way pretty quickly. Definitely recommend visiting the store!

Called and made an appointment over the phone with some guy. Asked about an exam for dmv. He assured I would be able to come in and just do exam out of pocket. Showed up for appointment. A gal said that wasn't true, had to buy glasses and couldn't just do exam. So I said bye Felisha and walked out. That was unfortunate but only for them. I went to Costco and paid $100 for exam and dilation. Just disappointed by time wasted by business because time can't be refunded.

Always a very good experience here. I have been going here since 2nd grade, I'm in my early 60's now. Rudy took great care of my family of 10, now Dennis and his son. (The Lacek's). And Penny is thee BEST! Super kind and very helpful‼️ I "highly recommended" their care. 100%. They can't be beat!!! Thank you Dennis for all you've done over the years for my family. We all really appreciate your honesty, and care.
