I bought these glasses from this costco 7 days ago. While driving on the freeway through bad weather conditions, these glasses fell apart. It was beyond terrifying.

Staff is good, Glasses price is affordable and good compare to other optometry. I trust Costco :)

Ive been enjoying Costco optical services for years but decided today was the day I should share that opinion. Their personnel are always attentive and helpful but today Rommel went above and beyond when I called in to order a box of contacts. I was confused over right and left eye prescriptions so he walked over to the optometrist and got a confirmation of the records. He resolved my issue and saved me a trip. Great, caring service- why I’m a loyal customer!!

Two years ago I had Dr. Checked my eye and prescribed for my glasses. That experience was very good, he is kind and patient. Naturally I went to checked pass Saturday July 30, 2022. He is still there, still carrying. Answered all my questions about my eye situation and explained how medical insurance works. I was so pleased with him, now I am bring my mother ro see him today. You just can't find too many carrying doctors. I am glad that I have found one.

Winston j was incredibly helpful and friendly. Helped me replace the rubber pads on my main pair of glasses AND my spares and even replaced and tightened some of the screws that had come loose, I’ve been meaning to get this done forever and finally got it done and he was really quick about it. Very happy with target optical! Thanks Winston!

Needed a new pair of glasses, I did not have eye insurance in my health coverage, so I had to pay out of pocket which I didn’t mind. The staff and eye doctor were very professional, friendly, and helpful during all of my visits for my new pair of glasses. They kept me up to date with simple txt messages, and answered questions I had about my glasses on the phone. Overall a pleasant experience.

All of the optical staff here are very helpful. Literally just walked in and they were able to help me set up an eye exam. Definitely recommend
