I have been a customer of Focal Point Optical for several years and have always gotten very good technical advice, exceptional service, and frequent follow-ups on order progress. In p e day I managed to break both my regular glasses and my prescription sunglasses. I was able to get a complete eye exam, (I mean complete), and order new glasses and new prescription sunglasses on the same day. I had finished glasses and prescription sunglasses within five days. I also got some really great technical advice regarding the advances in polarization that improved my product choices. Stephanie was informed, articulate, and friendly. If you need optometry services, these are the go-to people to see.

Been coming here for years but the customer service has taken a fall ever since the happy bigger lady left, she was great and really cared for the patient always with a smile. The current staff needs to do a better job and pick up the phone, if this was my business they would have been let go a long time ago for not answering calls. The reviews here complain about the same thing, Bad customer service,and no one answers the phone and It takes days to get a call back and Jackie can be very rude. I wish DR. KUDO would hire someone better. Hope this helps.

I always had issues reaching them. It was hard to do even before the pandemic. During the pandemic and beyond, getting an appointment and even just trying to pick up your glasses after was hard. They did, however, have my file which included several different of my retinal scans. I stayed with them bc they had all that stuff. I always wanted to go somewhere else but didn’t only bc of it. Today I call to get an appointment bc I need a different prescription and find out they closed and transferred all files to a random practice that also doesn’t answer the phone. Wow!

I've been a patient of Dr. Kubo for years now. Prior to meeting Dr. Kubo, I've struggled to find an Optometrist that could help me with my vision. I have a case of High Astigmatism in one of my eyes, I was given contacts that wouldn't help me see. Dr. Kubo has been the only Optometrist that was able to find a solution that works for me. He is friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He truly cares about his patients. I would 100% recommend anyone to go see him for their check ups. I am so happy I've finally have an Optometrist that I can trust.

20/20 Eye Care Center is the only place we trust our vision with. The Dr. is so knowledgeable and kind. The staff will help you get outfitted with not only the latest fashion in eyewear but with a lasting impact on correcting your impairment. Trust is a hard thing to earn with me. But this office is 100 % amazing with not just me but my entire family.
