Excellent professional very knowledgeable..yes the wait is usually a bit but worth it

I've only had two visits, but both were good. The staff were professional, organized, efficient and friendly. They made me feel at ease and welcoming. The office was clean and practicing safe distance, mask-wearing and hand washing measures. I was also pleased with my glasses. Most of all, I was pleased with my eye exam by Dr. Quraishi. Thanks! RL

This place is really great. I felt very comfortable with staff and Dr's. He look at everything as I was concerned about my eye due to being assaulted. He was laughing because im not very trusting lol but he was nice about it. Its also great that he takes la healthcare . The dr is a man of few words but if you have questions just ask him and he will explain and answer. He's really nice. Im so happy I found them. Thank you so much 💓 💗 💛 💖 ☺️

I had a wonderful experience at McNelly Optical. Pam and her staff were very attentive to my needs and very knowledgeable and informative about eyewear and what to look for. The examination and fitting of my new glasses was exceptional and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing glasses from a professional establishment with great service.

We got lucky finding Dr El Gasim in Chandler. He is a highly specialized retinal doctor. He provided my mother of 96 excellent care for her ongoing retinal condition. He was patient & professional. He asked numerous questions regarding her history, studied her history from a prior provider, and showed great concern for her care. We had transferred care from the Shiley Eye Institute at UCSD, and searched for an equally qualified provider here in Arizona. Mission accomplished.

been coming here for a few years now. my kiddos with disabilities & everyone is very patient with my kids. They get us to be seen very quickly. I would totally recommend!

to be fair, ive never been. its because they only have a recording of hours if you call. he wants you to do everything online but the website is TRASH. cant make an appointment

Receptionists very friendly. Tech was good at explaining things when asked. Dr. was friendly and appreciate all the testing for a thorough exam. Dr. is quite hyper and rushed, but explained things when asked.
