The first words from my longterm friend were “Wow. Your glasses are so thick!” I paid the full price for thin progressive lenses that don’t even work with computer screens so having paid full price I still don’t have functional lenses. No refund given.

Dr. Morita is excellent. But his front desk attendants are so disrespectful that I decided to go somewhere else.

The eye doctor Darla L, who did my exam was very unprofessional. The exam took about 5 minutes, she prescribed me the wrong contacts which resulted in awful migraines. She also took back the contact solution that was given to me. Worst service ever, would not recommend. I had to drive to W Elmsley dr in Greensboro to Dr. My Li who did an outstanding job, and gave me extra lenses and was very professional and friendly.

I don't like the fact that you can not be seen on the same day. Medical issues suddenly arise and cannot be planned. So the fact that they wanted me to make an appointment as early as 4 days later is ridiculous. If im calling Is because I need to be seen. They should be able to have some form of accommodating patients based on medical need, instead of saying appointment only. Nobody wants to be seen 4 days later when the presenting problem is now.

I have been a patient of Dr Jacobs for 15 years. He is the best ophthalmologist I have encountered , and I actually enjoy my appointments and our discussions.

The entire staff is really nice and professional. My daughter had an appt on a Tuesday and I did on that Friday as well but once there, they went ahead and took me as well to avoid have to go back. Definitely recommend.

The entire staff was polite and professional. My appointment with Megan Lefebvre was 2:30 and I was seen promptly. Megan was extremely helpful. Explained my options in a manor that was clear and understandable. I would have no problem recommending Ocala Eye nor Mrs. Lefebvre to anyone.

Took both of my parents as new patients. Extremely pleased with the entire staff and Dr Park. She was patient, attentive and detailed. Thank you for putting my parents at ease. I would highly recommend this establishment to all.

I recently saw Dr. Khan-Farooqi for a retinal hemorrhage. While this sounds dramatic, it was truly one of the best medical visits I've ever experienced. He was kind, patient, incredibly thorough and so knowledgeable. He also interacted with the EPA nurses/staff several times during my visit and treated everyone with kindness and respect. The visit was a total delight - I could not recommend this practice or Dr. Khan-Farooqi any more - I wish there more stars to give!
