They’re great! Amazing staff and super quick with glasses and contact orders. My glasses have been giving me a headache and they were super quick to reschedule me to be reassessed. Must recommend for those with eye care needs.

My husband and I have relied upon London Optical (Great Neck), and particularly John and George, for high quality optical services, for more than 20 years. They are both consummate professionals, doing the right thing the first time. During the rare instances when an adjustment or need to replace a new lens was apparent, they took care of it promptly and always with a smile. Bonus skill: I always solicit their opinions on glasses I'm considering purchasing. They have good taste and know how to diplomatically steer me away from frames that are less than flattering. They are both gems; I highly recommend them. NB: I have not been cared for by London's optician, Dr. Nathansen; I can't offer an opinion on his services.

I would definitely recommend Dr. John for any needed cataract surgery. Not only have my cataracts been corrected, so has my nearsightedness. I can now see clearly for the first time since I was 6 years old. The staff here is extremely caring and compassionate. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Dr. Kniffin is a very thorough and caring eye practitioner for taking care of your eyes and who is easy to talk with and explains your needs and conditions. The staff is friendly and can take care of your needs in contacts or glasses.

“Mom & Pop” have bailed me out so many times I can’t count them. They calmed me down from my anxiety “crisis” always! Especially Jenny. Ming too. So many things they fixed for me with no or minimum charge. Always got me the best insurance deal even found insurance that I didn’t know I had! The first time I came in they put my name and email wrong in the system and gave me a printout with someone else's name on the receipt. When I returned to pick up the frame I wanted to exchange them for another and they gave me this idiotic explanation for not being able to do it right then. I have had a very bad experience both times! I'm never going back to this place!
