Love working with Dr Lay but your office staff could use a lesson in customer service - I stood at the counter with 3 staff members on the other side. It was a good 2 or 3 minutes before any of them acknowledged me. This is not an isolated case - it happens every time I go in. The tech that took me back acted as though he could care less - never introduced himself or told me what he was doing - just going through the motions. Like I said if it wasn’t for Dr Lay, I would find some place else to go

I have received optometric care from the Sullivan-Ostoich Eye Center for a few decades now. Dr. Ostoich and his staff keep up with the latest technologies and vision correction treatments and equipment. Very impressive. The optical technicians and office staff are great and accommodating. I’m very pleased with my treatment there!

I had the greatest experience here! Kristin helped me so much. From the moment I walked in she treated me so warmly and helped me find the right fit for glasses and contacts. I get anxious so easily and she made me feel right at home.

Took son here 5 months ago and they did not have equipment to look at my son's eye. We had to go to the downtown office to get his eye ultrasound and they told us we would have to go back to the Nexton office to get results. It has been a 6 weeks no returned calls or messages. The only way to get someone to answer is by going to appointments and they hang up on you

I did not have a pleasant experience here and won’t be returning. While my actual eye exam was OKAY, my contact lens fitting was not pleasant. I was not given the correct prescription for lenses, as they were blurry when I went home. I did end up ordering a pair of glasses and when I went to pick it up, the woman did not want to adjust the frames to fit my face. When I asked her to, she told me I could do it. I don’t think my request was unreasonable as I did not want to damage my frames by doing it myself.

Office visits are pleasant enough, but getting anyone on the phone to get an appointment or to check status of glasses ordered is near impossible. Once I receive the glasses ordered for my daughter I won't be going back.

He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and made me feel like my well-being was his top priority. This level of patient-centered care is rare and greatly appreciated. The office environment is clean, modern, and comfortable, creating a calming atmosphere that contributes to an overall positive experience. I am thrilled with my results and can't thank Dr. Kagan and his team enough for their exceptional care. I will definitely be returning for any future cosmetic needs.

Absolutely the best. The kind of quality and work ethic that past generations have embraced. Old small town attention to detail, unlike big corporate chains and retailers. Congenial and conscientious all the way

The ratings threw me off. I was greeted by the most wonderful staff and assisted by Alexa with purchasing frames for my father. The doctor was the most generous and caring. Our appointment time was at 2:20, saw the doctor in 20 mins. Was out the by 3pm. Will return to the office again. Loved the service.

3D Optometry is one of the best optometrist I have ever seen and I have seen many. Dr. Thomas Mirabile is the best and is extremely knowledgeable. All of his technology is top of the line and updated, which is nice and he told me things about my eyes that other doctors have not. He also took a lot of time to make sure I was content with the services. I tried on multiple pairs of trial contact lenses and he was extremely patient during the long process. Again, Dr. Mirabile knows his stuff and he believes in excellent customer service and he is very nice and easy to talk too!
