Dr. Fogg is such a great doctor who really cares about you. The atmosphere is nice and staff is friendly as well. Definitely a place I would recommend.

Was greeted but my daughter was ignored. She is my ears because I am hard of hearing even with my hearing aids. After doctor asking me questions I answered I can’t hear you. Then doctor turns to speak to my daughter. She asks me the questions as the doctor asks her. Grateful that he made time to see me.

Dr. Mendoza was very professional, I was pleasantly greeted by my name, which instantly relaxed me and put me at ease. His manner was kind and thoughtful, and he thoroughly answered all my questions.

Dr. Hayashi and his staff genuinely take the time to answer any questions you may have about the health of your eyes, insurance coverage, test results, etc. A small incentive for his annual eye appt. customers would add to his client list and show appreciation from Dr. and staff!

I went to him after, leaving my eye doctor of 12 years, and it was a better experience than I expected, even after reading all of the positive reviews. His staff is amazing, even when they are training, someone, and he is an amazing doctor. He has a great personality, explains everything and takes the time to answer any questions, I ended up having to go three times because my eyes were messed up from my old eye doctor, and he only charged me for the office visit once, and didn’t charge me for the following to visit, I only paid for my contacts and glasses. The staff was super helpful with that as well, writing the “both ways to see which way would be cheaper with my insurance, covering glasses or contacts only, and had me pay the cheaper price. I highly recommend, they are amazing and helpful.

Staff her are extremely kind and courteous. I didn’t have to wait very long at all to begin the tests prior to seeing the doctor. Doctor Hayashi is extremely thorough with his explanations! I didn’t feel rushed at all and he answered all my questions. He is very personable and charismatic. The staff are friendly and readily available to assist without being pushy about purchasing from their office, unlike other optometrist offices I visited in the past. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a new optometrist. I will begin to recommend him to friends and family.

First time getting glasses after 8 years and I gotta say I was nervous about the process and ended up leaving same day with my finished glasses with a great price. All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The exam lasted no longer than 5 minutes. The lab was quick I got my glasses in less than 30 min. Definitely recommending friends and family, I will be back soon. Shoutout to IDA for assisting me throughout the entire process. Extremely satisfied with the final product. New loyal customer here.
