Great customer service throughout entire experience. Optometrist was great and very personable, you could tell he cared about his job. Didn’t have to wait for my appointment, entire staff was very helpful and friendly; making sure I had everything I needed, helped with glasses selection and explained my prescription and all the options when buying lenses. Went during the BOGO sale, very affordable!

As soon as we walked in Ismael came and helped me and boyfriend out very fast. Very friendly and great customer service!

Best decision I’ve ever made! Money spent was well worth it! I can finally see perfectly without glasses or contacts. Definitely recommend! I was scared of getting lasik but Dr. Bishop made everything so smooth & easy and made me feel at ease during the procedure.

Anthony is very nice and helpful. He was patient in helping me pick out glasses that I really liked. I was there for close to an hour just picking out glasses. He showed me the different prices on the lenses and explained to me the benefits of each. He made the experience of buying glasses super easy. I will be coming back to get more glasses and am referring family too! Such a great experience and most of all thank you Anthony!

I took my mother in to fill a prescription. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Anthony helped her pick out frames, explained the different lens options and pricing. He was extremely patient, personable and professional. Getting new glasses is something that my mother normally dreads doing, but Anthony and the rest of the staff made this a great experience.

I just wanted to thank you all for making my visit yesterday amazing. I worked with Amy, she took her time and explained everything to me. She never rushed me and was very pleasant to talk too. You are now my new eye care provider, I will tell all my family and friends to use you. Thanks again.

Do not go to this doctor!I went to this doctor a few years ago and he gave me the wrong prescription and gave me bifocals when I didn’t need them! He told me a bunch of nonsense about how he didn’t believe in modern technology and used outdated techniques to check my eyes. He didn’t believe me when I said I couldn’t see the letters and said I was lying. I was unable to get another pair of glasses for two years because of this doctor. I left with some weird CD he gave me instead of an accurate prescription. When we came back to tell him the prescription was wrong, he started arguing with us. Not to mention, if you are a woman please avoid him as he was very creepy and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

Saw this doctor a few years ago and have been coming back ever since, he prescribed me bifocals, and they have actually improved my vision so now I am a candidate for LASIK. I am so excited call because he was proactive at his prescription.

IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OR HAVE DAUGHTERS DO NOT SEE THIS CREEPY MAN!!! He was very inappropriate the entire time. The moment I walk in the exam room he told me I was so “sexy and young” and he told me that several time throughout the appointment - this man is like 80+. I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I wish I could give zero stars. He was very senile and couldn’t hear a single word I said. I’m almost certain he didn’t do the exam correctly cause he gave me such a different prescription from what I had 6 months ago. As if his creep comments weren’t enough he clearly couldn’t do his job. He also bad mouthed my old doctor who was a million times better (but sadly no longer takes my insurance). He was talking very disrespectfully about every doctor in the area claiming he’s the best. He’s clearly delusion. I almost walked out and I should have. It would have saved me $65 I guess I need to ask insurance to get my another exam and now I don’t have contacts I really need. Also the place is very dirty and dusty. I know they didn’t wipe down any equipment used on my face. Also that old man told me he was feeling very sick and coughed in me!!! As well as touching my arm, leg, face multiple times when it wasn’t necessary. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Not sure where else to report him but go literally anywhere else.
