The staff here have no respect for the patient's time. Appointments are scheduled, but seldom kept. If you were to arrive 16 minutes late your appointment would be cancelled, and you would be warned about "missing" the appointment, however they can schedule you to be there at any given time of day (early or late in the day), and allow you to sit in the waiting room for what seems like endless periods of time. As this review is being written, we are 56 minutes past our appointment time, still waiting to see the doctor. Where's the respect for our time? I do not recommend CEI in Edgewood KY due to their lack of time management skills, and disrespect for the patient's time.

Dr. Benham has been our Optometrist for many years. Dr. Benham is professional while also being caring and goes the extra mile for her patients. I never realized the subpar care I had received by my previous optometrists until my first visit with Dr. Benham. The office staff are professional and very helpful in helping us to get the perfect frames for us!

Dr. Clark is undoubtedly the best eye doctor I've had the pleasure of visiting. His exceptional ability to explain everything clearly and thoroughly sets him apart from others in his field. Additionally, he consistently takes the time to answer all of my questions, ensuring that I am well-informed and comfortable with the care I receive. His dedication to his patients and his commitment to providing top-notch eye care make him a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring eye specialist.

Office was over crowded. Seems to either be a doctor down or triple the booking per time slot, so expect to wait there at least 2 hours from when you check in. Parking also is no longer validated. I will say once in with the doctor they will answer all questions an give you as much information that they have. Please note that the office staff themselves need to be a little bit more organized. When listening to the patient in their request for pharmacy, lab work and appointments. Since our rx was not sent to the right pharmacy. Just to name one.

My appointment was easy to make and fit my schedule. The session was fast and thorough, and they took my insurance so it wasn’t expensive even though I added every exam they offer. Lots of glasses frames to choose from at reasonable prices too.

We paid $6000.00 for cataract surgery. The surgery went well, but we ran out of a couple of the drops we were to use. Even after paying all of that they still charged $70 more for the drops. I was shocked by the pettiness of it. Enough meds should be included in the astronomical price of the surgery.
