Quick and amazing service. Thank you to Amy for being so informative, patient, and professional. As a first time contact lens wearer, Amy answered all my questions, calmed my nerves, and even gave me some tips I never knew before. She made my experience simple and enjoyable and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

I usually arrive to appointments a few minutes early. I was amazed at how quickly I was taken into the exam room. The procedure went well and the technician did a great job. She was really friendly and explained thoroughly what was going to happen every step of the way. Thank you

The answering service is always on. Lunch break from noon till 1pm, 2:30 still on service. Happens ALL the time ! Very unprofessional. Grateful insurance is changing so we don’t need to be bothered 😕 …

Absolutely thrilled with our experience here. I brought my 7 year old in for his first exam. All the women were so pleasant, helpful, and patient!! Bonus- my son’s glasses arrived super quickly. Thank you for treating us like family and making it such a great first eye exam for my son!

I had a fantastic experience at Midwood Eye! The office is new, spacious and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Juli. The selection of frames is plentiful. Finally, Dr Hayward is AWESOME! Kind, thorough, knowledgeable. She took her time, didn’t rush to the next patient, and made me feel thoroughly at home as a new patient. I highly recommend this be your “home” too for your vision care.

Dr. Ward's care has been excellent. Having a serious eye problem is inherently scary, and it's good to have a doctor you trust and have confidence in. So far I have been very pleased with his care, and the entire staff there has been friendly and courteous. Recommend highly.

I had an appointment at 8:35 and I was seen at 8:35. I was finished with everything by 9:30. The employees were all very nice.

I really love this eye office - everyone is super nice, they have the machine that replaces having to have your eyes dilated, easy parking and overall great customer service. I also appreciate that they will accept my insurance.
