Really nice people work there. I am assuming most people who come here to complain have medi-cal expect cheap glasses for medical. There is no waiting in the morning right when they open their doors. Glasses everywhere else is also expensive. Fyi make sure you find out how much your private insurance will cover you first before you try to get prescription filled, talk to the person at the counter first at fogg Remington get a print out.

Best eye exam I have had in years. My Script was spot on with no variables. The staff was pleasant and professional and the Dr. was a joy to deal with. Highly recommend.

First visit to get my eyeglasses with Richard Putnam. He was nice but got charged without my insurance benefits basically paying full price. Eyeglasses came 2 weeks later and I couldn't see. Made an appointment with a different person Dan Nulty. Dan was very helpful. Got my refund from the insurance benefits and told me whoever put my prescription in the system did it wrong by Reading instead of Distance. Will have to wait another 2 weeks for them to ship my eyeglasses. 3 stars for now until I get my eyeglasses.

Kaiser is a joke now looks to be more of a place where they say just give me your money and get out. There maybe better departments in here that are better but if you bundle your health and eye care with Kaiser good luck.

What is happening with Kaiser? Getting a vision exam seems to be impossible. Past experience was always good, but now I will have to go elsewhere because of no service by Kaiser.

Anna C was amazing, super sweet and knows her stuff! Answered all questions we had. It was super quick and we got prescription glasses done in the SAME DAY! (Some exceptions, depending on what you want)

My Eyeglass World is at the corner of Shaw and Blackstone. I visited the store today, because I had dropped my glasses in between the crack of my couch, and they became incredibly scratched, soI needed new lenses. Riley and Sandra were incredibly pleasant and helpful and they went above and beyond to help me. I will have my glasses back by the end of the day! Also, most of the employees In the building had on Christmas hats! I love the atmosphere in the building...everyone seems very happy and upbeat. I'm very glad that this particular store is my Eyeglass World. Five Stars!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in on Sunday to get a lens replacement but I wasn’t able to wait on Sunday, the woman at first told me to come back Monday but I wasn’t able to. So I came on Tuesday and since it was a couple hours before they closed they said it would need to be picked up tomorrow, but I mentioned on Sunday she said it would only take 30 minutes but the lab tech Riley said he could do it if that’s what was originally said. And he did, Manny the sales associate was great too. I appreciate them sticking to their word and the great service between the sales associate and the lab tech.

I was excied to try Insight Vision Center due to its proximity to my home, but my experience left me feeling disappointed. My initial visit involved an hour-long wait before being called in. After undergoing some eye tests, I was left waiting another 15 minutes for the doctor's arrival. Upon receiving my new glasses (obtained elsewhere with InSight's prescription), I was very upset and disappointed to discover that the prescription for one eye was significantly off, rendering them unusable. I called and Insight Vision Center offered a re-examination. Despite being the first scheduled appointment of the day, I once had to wait before being seen. While the revised prescription is an improvement, it is still not perfect. At this stage, it's not worth the hassle to revisit for further adjustments. Initially my rating was a single star, but I decided on two stars as a result of their willingness to reassess my prescription.
