I haven't been to the eye doctor in awhile and this place was amazing. I was able to get in quickly and she was very helpful and sweet at the front desk. Dr. Jack saw me quickly and made sure to go over all my questions. He was very nice and I felt comfortable the whole time.

Dr. Jack is the best. My family has been going to him for the last 14 years.

I had planned on not returning to this optometrist following my last visit rather than posting a bad review but I am now realizing, a few months later, that the contact prescription I have is clearly wrong so I feel it's my duty to warn other consumers. This optometrist actually has three strikes against him in my opinion. First strike, his bed side manner is poor- he lectured me about his conservative political views and also informed me that because of Obama my VSP insurance was going to basically be gone in 2013. First off, I am a fiscal conservative, and could appreciate his point of view even if I did not entirely agree, I simply felt that an eye exam was a totally inappropriate forum for political debate. Secondly, I confirmed with my work's HR department that there is no change to VSP coverage in 2013 so I'm not sure where he's getting his information. Second strike, I paid almost $600 for a new pair of glasses on top of using my insurance for a year supply of contacts. I received my contacts one week after my appointment, only after I called and asked if they had them. It then took almost a month to get my glasses, with no update unless I called, and honestly I was on the verge of cancelling the order. I've never had to wait for an entire month for glasses. Third strike...I can't even use these contacts. What a waste of money!

I definitely go back for another glasses. Dr. Truong and Ron as salesman are very good in their profession. The shop offers huge variety of designs. I’m very happy with the service and the result.

I was very happy with my visit today, Fred was very helpful by tightening my glasses. I am glad they changed who worked the front end. There use to be an older gentleman who was very rude and would try talking you out of the glasses you picked. Fred was great!

This location is awful and it seems like all the employees have a chip on their shoulder. One even had audacity to lie and tell me there is a 4 week wait for glasses because he didn't want to deal with me. If you must use Target Optical, go to the Huntington Beach location, where they actually treat you with respect. Every time I go to this one I leave enraged by the awfulness of their employees.

Had my first appointment today and I absolutely love everything about this place. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. In addition, the doctor is so knowledgeable , positive and kind. He takes his time to answer any concern and has such a positive vibe. I felt at home for sure. Very thankful I have found my eye doctor. Shout out to the amazing office staff who are the best people ever. I 100% recommend this place for anyone. You will feel so welcomed and at home. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

I've been getting my eyes checked here all my life! Since my 1st appt back when I was in 3rd grade to get my first pair of glasses with Dr Marklinger, to annual visits for contacts, glasses, and various eye issues over the years with Dr Yamane, to now bringing my own family here for our yearly check ups! Dr Yamane is a really caring practitioner and goes above and beyond to make sure you're seeing your best and you are comfortable in whatever glasses or contacts you choose. He is so patient with my kids and our whole family!

I dropped off a pair of sunglasses to be repaired. Came back in a few days later and my glasses were returned to me like new. Not only did they do a great job but they gave them back to me free of charge! I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely earned my business that day and I will definitely be referring my friends in the future. Gotta warn you, the parking here can be a pain, but well worth it for the service. Thanks to the team over at ESFL!
