I stopped by Myeyedr. in Manchester today without an appointment in the hopes someone could help me with verification and eligibility of my vision insurance. Christina took the time to explain what my plan covered and pricing. I left and went back again in the afternoon to place an order. I met with Christina both times and was extremely impressed with her friendliness, knowledge and professionalism. I will continue to utilize the services at that location because of employees like Christina. She was a pleasure to do business with.

Great service, kind people, and very affordable prices. Very much recommended.

I don't write a lot of reviews but my experience was worthy of it. From the time I called and was given an appointment, the polite reminder call the day before and the excellent exam that I received from Dr. Barbarossa. I think this was the longest and most thorough eye exam I ever had. I did not feel rushed and all of my questions were answered. I was referred by someone who also just had one visit with them. My insurance IS accepted and I got a very nice pair of glasses with all of the trimmings for so much less than I paid in the past. I would like to add that I checked my insurance website to make sure it was accepted. I don't understand the negative reviews for uncovered insurance. Do your homework. For the folks that wrote the bad reviews, perhaps they did have issues but I can say I had the best experience. Thank you!

My father received his last eye injection in early December, and his pain continued for several weeks afterward. He returned to the office on December 18 and was told that, due to the seriousness of his condition, he needed to see another specialist. Since that visit, we have been waiting for the referral paperwork to be sent. It has now been over a month, and his pain has continued throughout this time. We have been calling the specialist’s office daily, and they are still waiting to receive the referral. This ongoing delay is extremely concerning, especially given my father’s age and level of discomfort. This is not an acceptable way to treat elderly patients, and we are left wondering what is happening with the referral process at this office.

Quick wait times, extremely friendly and helpful staff (as always). I still prefer this office even though they are now out of network for me - it feels like a friendly, small town neighborhood shop despite having the resources of a large chain.

I had been looking for a pair of nice and cheap eyeglasses for a while. As per one of my friend’s recommendations, I visited AAA Optical Outlet yesterday. First of all, Michael Lacerda, who is a friendly and patient person, walked me through his inventory. As a result, I ended up liking a Claire Goldsmith eyewear, but it was a little beyond my allocated budget. Mr. Lacerda gave me a good discount on my selection, and I bought it. It was an amazing experience. Thank you to Michael Lacerda for being such a nice person with high customer service. P.S: I strongly recommend this store. They have loads of designer stuff!

The group were terrific. They went out of their to keep me calm. The staff was greatl. They are no doubt a credit to the the company. I wold recommend them any time.

Dr. Michael Kim, his tech Veronica, the front office staff as well as the optical department is first class! I was a patient here for many years until my company's insurance changed and I had to go elsewhere for vision care. Now that I am retired, I am delighted to be back with Dr. Kim and company!

Dr. Sou is a great eye doctor. She's very knowledgeable in her field. She is kind, patient and just a good true person. She sees her patients in a timely fashion. Have a cup of coffee while you wait, or chat with the awesome staff. I would recommend Dr.Sou to everybody. Seriously.
