I had an exceptional experience here last week. Dr. Kugel conducted a thorough contact lenses exam, ensuring my comfort and vision needs were met. More importantly, Mr. Sultan's guidance on wearing contact lenses was invaluable, and his patience and clear instruction made the process easy and comfortable. Their expertise and friendly approach make this store stand out. Highly recommend!

I went to many optical stores in the area to fix my glasses and lenses, but Pearl Vision in Buffalo Grove was the only place that helped me. Sultan was extra helpful, he was very efficient and did everything beyond my expectations. I am very happy with his service!

I broke my glasses and needed a new pair ASAP. Went to the Buffalo Grove Pearle Vision and met Sultan, who was absolutely great. He had my frames in stock and was very conscientious about my time as well as the time of the other customers. My lenses were put in the new frame in a timely manner (there were other customers ahead of me, no problem) and I walked out of the store really happy, thanks to Sultan's knowledge, helpfulness, and five star customer service.

Everyone here at Pearle Vision was absolutely fantastic!! Dr. Campbell was so sweet and efficient!! I want to give a LARGE shout out to Maria!!! She’s absolutely A-MA-ZING!!! She’s so helpful, kind, and HILARIOUS!!! Thank you to everyone at Pearle!! I recommend this place 10000000% !!! If i could give it 10 stars, I SO WOULD!!!!

Today I visited this office for the 1st time and was very impressed. It started with the modern, clean, and updated decor and then, realized the entire waiting area was filled with massage chairs, wow, nice way to get pampered while waiting.... When my son finally saw the doctor, Dr Vlada Nakhlis was very thorough and explained options, long term and short term in addition to what might be causing his squinting. I was very pleased with her approach and honesty.

I live in the area and needed a quick eye exam - was impressed how easy and quickly the doctor was able to schedule my appointment. The doctor was knowledgeable, professional and completed a thourogh examination. My whole experience was excellent.

Excellent and thorough exam. Well run and Accommodating personal. Dr Nakhlis is smart and personable. Wonderful selection of up to date glasses. Time well spent. Easy to find.

Dr. Belson is amazing and is such a blessing to have as my doctor. All the associates that work there greet and treat you like your family and won’t let you leave until you’re 100% satisfied.

The experience of purchasing new glasses was pleasant from beginning to end. For the entire time from when I entered the store to the time i left the staff was cordial and helpful. The testing was easy on the eyes and the directions from the assistant and the eye doctor were clear. Bpth were patient with me and my questions. The showroom staff were also cordial and patient and skilled on the pricing including any discounts. It was a low key, joyable experience.

I was able to get in for an appointment for same day eye exam. Exam was quick and they walked through my results addressing any questions. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming too. Would recommend.

Worst service I have ever experienced, waited for someone to make it right but here we are 5 days later and still no follow up. I went to pick up my prescription and the prescription was completely wrong, I could see better without my glasses then the ones you guys had ordered, mind you my appointment lasted a whole 5 minutes so I am not sure how she got my prescription that fast. I asked them the soonest available date and weekend since I work and have two little babies for the customer service associate to book me out and additional two week (now it’s been a month without glasses) and to say we’ll our schedule doesn’t work with us and this is what we have.. she literally told me that, I say I want to cancel she says no can do, a manager has to call you, here we are 5 days still no call. This will be disputed but please do not ever come here. The staff is rude, the optometrist clearly didn’t even take the time to get the prescription and they take your money right away but cannot even cancel the worse. Also to top it off I was quoted two different prices by two different associate, how does that even make sense?!!!
