After waiting over 20 minutes for my appointment, they told me that they no longer accepted my insurance. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years, as well as taken all of my children here for their eye exams as well. The change in ownership has made this a horrible company. I feel sorry for all of the people that have to work there. It took me over two weeks to get my appointment with them. Their solution was to offer me trial contacts that were not even the correct prescription. Horrible service!!!

Worst service I have ever experienced, waited for someone to make it right but here we are 5 days later and still no follow up. I went to pick up my prescription and the prescription was completely wrong, I could see better without my glasses then the ones you guys had ordered, mind you my appointment lasted a whole 5 minutes so I am not sure how she got my prescription that fast. I asked them the soonest available date and weekend since I work and have two little babies for the customer service associate to book me out and additional two week (now it’s been a month without glasses) and to say we’ll our schedule doesn’t work with us and this is what we have.. she literally told me that, I say I want to cancel she says no can do, a manager has to call you, here we are 5 days still no call. This will be disputed but please do not ever come here. The staff is rude, the optometrist clearly didn’t even take the time to get the prescription and they take your money right away but cannot even cancel the worse. Also to top it off I was quoted two different prices by two different associate, how does that even make sense?!!!

Incredible staff. Had issues with my current glasses and they were able to fix them until a new pair arrives. Excellent service.

I saw Dr. Michael Tran at the Costco Laguna Niguel location recently and highly recommend! I had a small emergency and the staff there got me in to see Dr. Tran the same day I called. He was both kind and professional and resolved my problem. I'm most grateful to him and his staff.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Howard’s for several years. I had an appointment during the COVID pandemic at 1:30pm. I’m old & when I went into Costco is was too crowded for me. I explained & the staff rescheduled me for an early morning appointment. This time it was not crowd, the staff was so respectful & caring and Dr. Howard gave me an excellent, safe examination. I felt safe, happy to have an eye exam & appreciative for the reschedule. I highly recommend Dr. Marsha Howard.

I called to make a future appointment and due to a cancellation, they were able to see me the same day! As this was my first visit, there was paperwork to complete which didn't take long. The office staff was friendly, welcoming and efficient as was Dr. Howard. She listened to what I had to say and explained each step of the eye exam. I would highly recommend Marsha Howard, O.D. and Associates!

Been going here forever. Dr. Merkel is nice and understanding of my eye issues. Have a nice selection of glasses in all price ranges. I get the newest glasses which is pricey but its my only accessory and my glasses always fit perfectly (placement of bifocal etc. )

Best place for glasses! I had went to 5 different places before coming here and they all got my prescription wrong. Danielle is such a pleasant and knowledgeable person. Eye doctor spent a lot of time with me and finally after 5 years I have clear vision! Will be coming here always for my glasses.

I meant to write this a couple months ago when I received my new glasses. Actually, new lenses in my old frames. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with them. Amazing service! Unfortunately, the doctor was incredibly rude. She actually scolded me for placing my glasses on her TV tray "desk".

We were forced to change eye docs due to insurance. So it was kinda scary finding a new place to go. After a bit of looking around and asking questions I picked Shopko Optical. First off, I was very impressed with how I was greeted when I entered. Then I met with the doctor who after having had the same doctor for many years and now having to go to a new doc was a bit scary, she was very professional, easy to talk with, and listened to my history. She did make me feel like just another patient. I felt like I was a long time patient. When I finished with the doc, the front girl who did my preliminary exam helped me pick out with my new glasses, and I was on my way. I truly feel I made a great decision choosing Shopko Optical as my new eye doctor. 🤗

Our overall experience at Shopko Optical (Hales Corners, WI location) was excellent! Dr Heidi Fenske is an excellent eye doctor and the store location had a great selection of eye glass frames. A very friendly staff offered great service and support helping us find the right eye wear fit. Overall we are very happy with the services and product provided❣️🤓
