Dr Wagner is a listener, kind, patient and he knows his craft very well. I've had many Optometrist over the years but by far he is one of Wisconsins Best. Thank-you Dr. Wagner from the Thompson family.

Tabitha. Was. Amazing. She was fast and professional. She gave me options I didn't know existed. Did you know they can put sun glass lenses in any of their Oakley frames? I do now. Maybe they can do it with any frames. They're wizards. I ordered one pair with regular progressive lenses and another with progressive sunglasses and altogether well under $500 after tax. I was told it would probably be about 2 weeks until they were ready - both pairs ready for pickup 1 week later. When picking up Tabitha was there again and made sure both pair were made right, fit comfortably, and adjusted them to my liking. THANK YOU!

We had an appointment before shut down. They never called back to re schedule. We are now not able to get in for several months. Been happy with service in the past so going to wait for next available appointment.

I want to share my experience that we had with the New Berlin Herslof. We dealt with Perry and Debbie. They had to call our insurance company to get authorization. We got a call back the very next day (that was a shocker) I spoke with Perry and she explained all of our options that our insurance company would cover and we completed our order. People always make time to complain but I needed to pay Perry a huge compliment. She was competent, professional, and had a great sense of humor. She was a joy to work with. The world should have a lot more Perry's in it. Thank you Perry. Have a fantastic New Year.

I was referred to this location by my daughter's ophthalmologist and stopped by and called during business hours, but no one was there, and no message was left on their voicemail or note posted on the door to indicate if or when they would return. I'm left wondering if the location is even still open?!

Michele is amazing! I had a little meltdown because my dad passed away recently, and Michele was super supportive and gave me the biggest hug! We decided if you can't cry in front of your optician, who can you cry in front of? I have been getting glasses from Hersloff for most of my life. They are wonderful!

Everyone was so awesome, very helpful and so welcoming. Dr Bista was outstanding and he explained everything to me so well and he talked to me more like a friend than a patient. Heather helped me with choices for my glasses and she was wonderful! Everyone who was working (11/27/23) kudos on such a wonderful job and making me feel more of a friend than a patient!

GREAT experience!!! Teresa was extremely helpful with getting my order filled! Not only was I coming from another eye care Company with my prescription there were issues with my insurance that she understood and was able to find me great savings on contacts!! And a possible refund from my Insurance Company!

Highly recommend - I have been getting my glasses from here for about 8 years and the service has always been excellent. Heather helped me pick out glasses and was so patient and diligent with all of the insurance details. I tried a different optical last year and the experience was awful- made me appreciate this place even more!!

Totally trust them with my eyes. Absolutely the best eye care I've received.
