Dr Barnes and all her staff are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable! They were able to fit me in during a cancellation, took great COVID precautions, were super quick to run all the tests and walk me through my results - I was VERY impressed. Dr. Barnes even showed me how to turn off blue rays on the computer! I didn't need any prescription and was in and out in about 45 minutes. Would highly recommend!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would!!!! Most disgusting disrespectful staff especially the girl in the front that barely can speak English her attitude is gross not a way you should be treating your patients. And honestly so called “dr.Hakim” Is no better than his staff this clinic is a joke honestly don’t waste your time.. there are plenty of better places out there! You guys should give Dr. Ali Nasrallah a try his clinic is in the same building he’s a 10/10 doctor and actually respects his patients.

I choose Dr. Koo since 2012 when I was a college student. Very good service and professional. Recommended!

My wife and I made a appointment and everything went smooth. They were very busy and was able to handle every one with no problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was problem the BEST eye doctor I have ever been to. She explained everything very clear and in words I could understand. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Many thanks to the staff at the optical department! I have recently ordered three new pairs of glasses with my new prescription from Dr. Nguyen . I’m very happy with the glasses but really want to mention Rosalina and Angie and the man (whose name I don’t know)...as they each worked patiently on getting the new frames to fit properly. Even though the department was busy I felt like I was not being rushed and I enjoyed my visit...and came away very satisfied! Thanks Costco...for your great employees!

I had a really bad experience with Dr. Hernandez and his staff a while back and I will never recommend going to this ghetto clinic.They're so damn disrespectful and vulgar and the idiot Dr. always takes his staff's side even though they're completely wrong. That's ok because I wrote a formal complaint with the agency that regulates them. He must of received his license in Mexico because he sure as hell does not seem to have been tought here in the U.S.A What ever you do..... don't go to this clinic. There's better eye doctors in El Paso, Tx with better bed side manners

Glasses were ordered in August 2023 and had requested a tint to them. Have gone back several times to get the color of the tint to what I had asked for and each time the tint was too light the last request was made to just go up one number on the tint. Went yesterday (November 3, 2023 ) 4 months later to pick them and the lenses were tinted black!!!! This is more than going up 1 number on the tint. When I walked in the Optician just turned the other way and pretended not to see me and did not help me. Caroline was not helpful at all. I asked why they can't get it right and her response was "I don't know". Lot of money was spent on the lenses and frames for you not to get them tinted right is totally unacceptable as is the attitude with the staff, they are not customer oriented. The only nice person at this location was the eye doctor himself, he is very pleasant, friendly and customer oriented. Very, very disappointed with the service I received and will not recommend MyEyeDr. to anyone. 4 months is a long time to get a pair of glasses made, it was very frustrating, in addition all the time going back and forth for the glasses to continually be wrong and no one taking the initiative to make it right, not even an apology. I asked to have my name removed from your mailing/contact list I do not want to receive any text/reminders from your office, I will not be returning to MyEyeDr. I will be looking for another place to have the glasses done correctly. Dr. Bobo and staff were amazing!! Very professional, extremely kind. I also enjoyed talking with the office manager (forgot her name) she was really helpful and gave me good advise.. A great office with outstanding doctors and staff. I’m grateful and truly appreciate them. Thank you, Theresa Middleton

Whether it is a routine exam or an initial consultation regarding an upcoming surgery, I find that Dr. Pruzon and her staff art the Retina Center of New Jersey are professional, knowledgeable and caring regarding your Vision...it's more than just a visit to their office.

I can say that the secretary was very nice and polite, the rest not the same. They have advanced equipment and online doctors that do the reading of tests, which is not helpful as having in person. The staff who works doing the test seems like she doesn't even want to do her job. Everyone except the secretary that day felt like they didn't want to work there.
