We went to Berg-Feinfield yesterday and my wife was seen by Dr. Minasyan. My wife has only begun to receive treatment there; at this point I can't report on the success of the treatment. I want to say that we were treated with respect and courtesy. We got something of an unsettling diagnosis, but it was gently delivered and we were all soothed by the doctor's intelligence and the reasons she gave us for optimism. Cathie was there as an attentive assistant to the doctor. I believe she is there as an intern. I can't say anything at all about her expertise, but she "lit up the room" with her smile and friendly demeanor. I don't recall the receptionist who logged us in. There was a glitch in our getting seen as there was a miscommunication on our part, but the administrative staff worked together to make sure we were seen in spite of our not showing in the schedule. Since then I have talked with an administrator there, Jaimie and she has also been very friendly and fun to talk with. The whole office was full of production, smiles, and efficiency and all the rooms were clean and orderly. The walls of the waiting area have framed letters and photos from previous patients who all wrote of their delight in having their vision restored. My wife and our daughter and myself were all anxious in hearing the diagnosis, but all these things worked together to take the edge off, and we are all grateful for that. Thank you.

I had to wait 1 hr. 25 min. to see the Dr. There is a waiting room full of patients. Why in the world would they over schedule like this? Really so little regard for a patients time.

Calm and friendly office as well as very professional. Dr. Nishida is the same, on top of being very informative and thorough with kids and adults alike. Lots of great choices and style varieties for eyewear, too. And, easy, free parking to boot! Highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying that I truly like Dr. Nishida-Eugenio. Her bedside manner is kind and caring so if this review was based solely on her, I’d give her 5 stars. When I went in for my appointment, she was very thorough, listened to and addressed my concerns and made sure that I was correctly fitted for glasses (and honestly, these are some of the best glasses I’ve ever had). The reason for my 3 stars is the staff. One of the concerns Dr. Nishida-Eugenio and I discussed during my visit was dry eyes which is causing them to excessively water. She gave me some options, and said that if those didn’t work, to call her office to see about a prescription. When I went to pick up my glasses (which was a week after my office visit), I let Sebastian in her front office know that my eyes were still watering, and he said he would talk to Dr. Nishida-Eugenio and get back to me. My schedule got hectic, and after about 2 weeks I realized I never heard back. So, I sent them an email, with no response after 2 days. I then called the office, left a voicemail and still, no response. I set a reminder to periodically call and finally got a hold of Sebastian again. He said that I would need to come in for an appointment, and I told him that Dr. Nishida-Eugenio said I could just call regarding this matter. He said that he would talk to her and get back to me by the next morning. This was on Monday, June 5th, and as of today, June 12th, I have yet to hear back. I’ve pretty much given up hope of hearing anything from them. I think my biggest frustration is that when you have an appointment, you’ll receive emails, texts and phone calls confirming, but when you need to get in touch with them for a follow-up, it’s an uphill battle. If you just need to see a doctor for a yearly exam/glasses, I think you’d be ok going to Dr. Nishida-Eugenio. But if you need continuous care for an ongoing issue, this will quickly turn into an unnecessary frustration.

God performed a miracle through Dr. Nishida. She found holes in my eyes that I was unaware of. This shocked me and I was terrified of losing my sight or what could happen. Dr. Nishida then sent me to a specialist and the specialist said I was fine and that I didn't have to do anything about it. I felt a bit more at peace but decided to check in with Dr. Nishida again. She identified another hole in my eye and I was shocked because the specialist sent me home after letting me know that nothing needed to be done. Dr. Nishida immediately sent me to the specialist again, she made sure that I would be seen right away so that I could have the holes lasered. While the specialist was lasering the holes he found so many more holes that could not be identified on in the pics that were taken. Thank you SO much Dr. Nishida for stewarding your role as an eye Dr. with so much care and precision, and identifying that which a specialist did not identify. If it were not for Dr. Nishida I would have holes in my eyes, more than what was seen in the pics with a risk of possibly losing eye sight!!! THANK YOU GOD and THANK YOU DR. NISHIDA. All your patients and in the hands of God when they step into your office.

I always have an excellent experience at this optometry clinic. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable particularly Kathy, she is very helpful. The facility is modern and clean, and Dr. Monji is very precise with his prescription snd recommendations. In all, I feel well taken care of throughout my entire visits Highly recommended!

Always professional, friendly, willing to listen & answer questions, & very relatable. Been going here for three decades with exception of only a few years when a coworker touted how great his place was, & so happy to return to Dr. Monji & his always interesting & personable crew.

Both my husband and I went here for the first time and we were treated so nicely! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They have a lot of options and will help if you're brand new to eye care as well. The machines they use to measure and check your eyes are fantastic. They are also able to use your personal frames if you bring them in as long as your script can use them. Everyone made me feel relaxed and comfortable! Highly recommend this place, the staff and doc are so great!

Finally, I got to get my eyes checked by the amazing Dr. Vardanyan! She was so much fun to work with and very thorough with the exam. I had taken 3 pairs of glasses so she can evaluate the conditions; she gave her honest opinion! I realized that my eyes were not as bad as I have been told before! Thankful with her prescription recommendation. In less than 2 weeks, got my glasses back. The staff was welcoming and friendly as well. Thank you for your service!

I went to my appointment not knowing what to expect but as soon as i arrived i was greeted with open arms and was asked to fill out paperworks and do my retinal scan and then the doctor saw me. She was the nicest lady. She told me that i have dry eyes and she would put me on antibiotics for 7 days and would like to see me after I've done my antibiotics so that she can give me the right prescriptions for my glasses. She was not quick to say here's your prescription and sent me home. She took time with me and didn't rush me out of the office. I would refer my family and friends to go to there office.

This place is a rip off. Had an eye infection because I was rubbing my eye too much and the doctor charged me $160., plus the eye solution which cost an additional $98. Even though he knew that all he had to do is offer me the eye drops which would solve my problem. Got another eye infection because I did the same thing rubbing my eye again and he wanted me to do another eye exam and I told him absolutely not. Just write me up the prescription for the eye drops which solved the problem. And never rubbed my eye anymore which was causing my eye problem. It's always all about the money with doctors.
