Excellent experience, from the actual eye exam through the selection of a frame for new glasses and in dealing with all the insurance paperwork. Dr. Nguyen was very knowledgeable and compassionate. We did a series of tests, and he explained (in a way that I could understand) everything we discovered. This was, by far, the best optometrist experience I have ever had. I will recommend them to my friends and family. Additionally, the optician Lucy was really fantastic at not only helping me find the glasses, but making sure that they were designed to meet my specific needs.

I have been going to Eye Care Optics for over 10 years. As I am getting older I find that I need to have exams every couple of years to keep up with my vision issues. Henry is the man! I broke my frames by running into a 4x6x16 Douglas Fir piece of wood. I called Henry and he asked me to come in. He had my old lenses in new frame in 15 minutes. He is currently having eye exams for $59.00. He also has frames that start at $59.00. The eye exams are on the premises and appointments are recommended. I highly recommend Eye Care Optics for any of your eye glass and contact needs.

Dr Lilit gave me a very thorough eye exam. Being a cash patient, this is very important because i can afford one really good pair of glasses, I need to make sure they are perfect the first time. Very professional and clean office setting. The price for a cash visit is very competitive, and I can't see myself going anywhere else. Appointment availability was super easy, and it's not one of those big corporate companies, so when you call, you talk to people, not a recording. The people here are very kind, I found out this is a family owned business since 1965. I love to support my neighbors, especially when they treat you like one. 10 stars all day long.

This is the best pair of reading glasses I have had in a dozen years. Dr. Yesayan took the time to get my prescription right. The glasses were made on the spot in a few hours... and for a very reasonable price. I am a very happy patient.

These folks are great. My frame started to break and they tried to fix it. It was evident the frame needed to be replaced. The frames were 5 years old and no longer made. They saved me from having to buy new frame and lenses. They tracked down the frame info for for me and I found them on eBay. They saved me hundreds of dollars. Today they put the lenses in the new frame - for free. These folks rock…when we need new glasses these will be folks we use

My wife & I recently had eye exams and purchased glasses here. Maria’s customer service was outstanding and she quickly found us the right frames, ordered them and handled the fitting. The prescriptions came out perfect, highly recommended.

I've been coming here for at least 5 years now and they have been great about all my needs from emergency eye care to sending me my prescription through email when I broke my glasses while on vacation in peru a few years ago. Especially during these covid times they have taken extra precautions and I greatly appreciate it. I've seen many doctors here to and all have been very attentive, caring, and knowledgeable, most recently Dr. Hui who I had a excellent experience with. When buying glasses we all know that luxury brands are what they are but they do provide some cost effective brands that are not too bad in price.

I just had my LASIK eye surgery with Dr. Berg on Friday (10/13/2023 - yes, Friday the 13th!) and my life's officially a new one! I couldn't feel better about myself! Before making the decision to get this done with Dr. Berg, I had a couple of other consultations, including Laser Eye Center in Encino, and not only was his team the friendliest and most responsive, but they were also the most comparable and convenient. The team explained that my eyes would burn for a couple of hours after I woke up from my procedure, but my eyes actually did not burn at all, but I was expecting it. I got lucky! I live in North Hollywood. My consultation was in Burbank and my procedure was in Sherman Oaks. From beginning to end, the process was very smooth. I'll recommend them for years to come!

We went to Berg-Feinfield yesterday and my wife was seen by Dr. Minasyan. My wife has only begun to receive treatment there; at this point I can't report on the success of the treatment. I want to say that we were treated with respect and courtesy. We got something of an unsettling diagnosis, but it was gently delivered and we were all soothed by the doctor's intelligence and the reasons she gave us for optimism. Cathie was there as an attentive assistant to the doctor. I believe she is there as an intern. I can't say anything at all about her expertise, but she "lit up the room" with her smile and friendly demeanor. I don't recall the receptionist who logged us in. There was a glitch in our getting seen as there was a miscommunication on our part, but the administrative staff worked together to make sure we were seen in spite of our not showing in the schedule. Since then I have talked with an administrator there, Jaimie and she has also been very friendly and fun to talk with. The whole office was full of production, smiles, and efficiency and all the rooms were clean and orderly. The walls of the waiting area have framed letters and photos from previous patients who all wrote of their delight in having their vision restored. My wife and our daughter and myself were all anxious in hearing the diagnosis, but all these things worked together to take the edge off, and we are all grateful for that. Thank you.
