They gave me my PD for free even though I didn't buy glasses there! So many (all other?) optometry places withhold giving you a PD if you don't buy glasses with them, which is so dumb. I'm officially a customer forever :)

Excellent experience at Berkeley RSC back in 2020. I had challenging astigmatism in both eyes and the team did a fabulous job bringing my vision to perfection. Dare I say the process was quick and only slightly uncomfortable?! Yes!!

Aggressive salesmanship, the doctors are fine. Went to get a contact lens exam. They charged me $20 extra for a "contact lens wearing lesson" which was literally just the salesman sitting me at a mirror, and telling me to click the first video on youtube for "how to put on contact lenses". So this lesson which the doctor highly recommended, was literally just the sales team telling me which youtube video to click on. I feel scammed, but if you have a lot of money and don't mind losing it, then this is the place to go! The optometerists were very friendly!

I had the best experience here! 10/10 for quality, selection of glasses and customer service. Can’t say enough good things, my 5 year old glasses gave way and I needed new glasses urgently. Tino and the Dr went above and beyond to accommodate me by scheduling me in for a same-day eye exam and making and getting my glasses made within a few hours - on a Saturday! Their prices are very reasonable and they gave me scratch resistant lenses for free. Will definitely be back for my glasses and lenses in the future, highly recommend.

I had the best experience here. One of the kind employees helped adjust my glasses free of charge as part of the frame had bent due to a loose screw and also helped adjust the nose pads. The employees here were extremely helpful and kind. Thank you!

I recently visited this optometrist shop with a minor issue with my eyeglasses. The nose pad was no longer supporting properly, causing the frame to almost touch my eyes, which was quite uncomfortable. I expected a simple fix or replacement of the nose pad, but to my surprise, the shop claimed they were unable to fix it. They suggested that I buy a new pair of glasses instead. This was not only inconvenient but also seemed like an unnecessary expense for what I believed to be a minor issue. I understand that not all problems can be fixed, but I was disappointed with the lack of effort to find a solution. A good service provider should be able to offer alternatives or at least explain why a repair isn’t possible. I ended up fixing the issue myself with a DIY solution, which makes me question the expertise of the staff at this shop. I hope my experience can serve as feedback for the shop to improve their customer service and technical skills.

Dr. Hoang is one of the kindest and most courteous health professionals I've ever been helped by. She was very thorough, and made me feel very welcome and cared for- a true gem of a doctor. The whole office is fully friendly people, and they all do a great job.
