Josephine fixed my glasses was very helpful and polite when I came in with an issue! 10/10 customer care. Front desk workers are very polite and accommodating.

Definitely recommend! The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming from the front desk ladies to the doctor. Doctor was very professional, polite and funny! Alexia was very amazing as well she helped me pick my glasses and had an answer for every question I had. Loved my visit definitely telling my friends and family.

Went to Walmart Vision Center on Colony St at 2:00pm on Friday. No one there . No one answered the phone. No voice mail. Waited a half an hour. No one showed up.

Our doctor wants my daughter to have a specific lens. They only carry high end designer brands so we were looking for a more affordable option. LensCrafters carries the specific lens and were very helpful with giving us a quote at the beginning of the month. We went in today to purchase and it rang up $12 cheaper - bonus.

Angela at the Bakersfield, CA store on Ming Ave. was absolutely fantastic! Went in to fill Rx for my husband and myself. So helpful and very informed on getting us the best deal with insurance and offers. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience. I am all about Lens Crafters now knowing the customer service is above and beyond.

I had a great experience at KK Optometric Eye Care. I was there the first day when they were using tele-doctor services. I found it to be just as quick, efficient, professional, and tailored experience just as having a doctor in-person. The staff there were amazing, quick to serve me and start my appointment. They were friendly and very informative. The tele-doctor session was very interesting as it feels a little futuristic. It is just the same as having a in-person doctor. I would highly recommend this establishment for your eye exam needs. I went in for a routine eye glass/contact prescription update. I actually had issues where my current prescription (less than a year old), was getting blurry. The establishment and doctor found the issue and corrected my issues quickly. 10/10

The person who assisted me through out the entire visit was very nice and knowledgeable. The virtual visit with the Doctor went very well. Better than expected.
