Dr Bhutani saw something unusual in one eye. She double checked and then set up an appointment with a specialist. Very happy with her care and concern.

The staff are always so kind and so helpful. I have a hectic work schedule so them being so patient and understanding was important. I love how informative they are and their willingness to help find options that were suited for me. Definitely recommend!

I like being pampered, not many professionals around who will treat you with respect and courtesy just as you walk in. Dr's. Are excellent, will tell all you need to know and then some. They make it understanding, show a concern for your eyes. Yes I'm old fashioned, but I grew up where people were valued. Great place for your visit.. SEE you guys again.

If I could give this place more stars I definitely would, I haven’t seen an eye specialist since I was a kid so I thought I would touch base 30 years later. This place is great and the staff here are so kind and welcoming, love the energy at this place I would definitely consider making this your eye medical needs or even if you need glasses. Thank you ladies for a wonderful first time experience. I definitely will be back next time. :)

I have to take a minute and share my experience with Dr Chahal regarding my blepharoplasty on my upper lids. I was nervous having this under sedation in the office. I appreciated that he took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel 100% confident. The recovery process was much easier than I anticipated with very little discomfort. I am very happy with the outcome and recommend him to anyone interested in having cosmetic surgery.

I only waited a few minutes before being shown to the examination room. The technician was efficient and knowledgeable. Dr Huggins was prompt and thorough. I was on my way home in less than an hour.

Dr. Dang was attentive ( as was all staff I encountered) and he showed me a concern for my eye health, and general well-being. As I get older I understand more- the things my father spoke about -having a smooth interaction with those you serve or who serve you.

I enjoy my visits with Dr. Ringle! She definitely goes above and beyond and takes her time with you during the appointment. She has helped me so much during my vision issue journey, and I appreciate her so much. The only downfall from this office, it’s hard to get them on the phone! But other than that I enjoyed this location. The wait isn’t bad either in my experience. Thank you, Dr. Ringle.

Nope, nope, nope. Never again. I have been going here for the past 10 years or so, and the place has steadily declined from the staff straight on through the doctors. For instance, I had an appointment set up two months ago for this morning. I got a call asking to confirm last Friday, I called back in the early afternoon to confirm, no one answered, so I left a voicemail. Checked my phone up till the time I left (8:30), got there before 9:00 only to have the girl at the front tell me it was cancelled because I did not confirm. I told her I did call them back, she asked what time because if it was after 12:00 p.m. they automatically cancelled. I told her no one indicated that in the message, and I couldn't get a hold of a person, as usual (they never answer the phone). I really need new glasses and I am a caregiver and I do all of the driving, so this is some straight up bull$%^&. Going through my primary to get another optometrist, done with this ratchet place and its incompetent staff. P.S. I have high functioning autism, however I answered phones for 5 and a half years when I worked in an office...what the hell is their excuse?

Liz is a terrible front/surgery manager she has no compassion for the patients she's always rude when I go in the office I've spoken to her regarding my surgery and up coming visits and she always seems not to care she's pushed back my surgery back 2 times every time I try and get an appointment to see my doctor she always has me wait WEEKS to be seen I've seen her be rude with other patients as well her and her coordinator are terrible and unconpassionate I do not RECAMED to anyone!! Dr kao is also very rude and seems not to care about his patients he always has a nasty attitude and always seems rushed these people should not be working in the health care field.

Very disappointed in BEI! After seeing Dr Moir, I ordered 2 pair of glasses. (Everyday, Computer). Needed eyes rechecked after difficulty seeing close up. RX had changed and original frames needed to be exchanged for smaller ones to accommodate progressive lenses (had to pay a $60 restocking fee) Long story short - still unable to see near in these glasses and the computer glasses are completely off. I was told by the optical manager, Tori, that they sent them back once at no charge. I would have to pay $1000 in order to have them remade. Spoke with the office manager Cindy who took down my concerns and said she would get back to me. I’m still waiting for her call! I can see better with my old glasses than these. Very disgusted that I paid for 2 pair of glasses that I can’t see out of
