Coming from someone who has keratoconus on both eyes, I was finally able to get a corneal transplant on my right eye! But let me tell you Dr. Hair & his staff are amazing!!! Especially Ana & the front desk people they would treat me with respect & was super polite. Ever since I got the surgery I can’t thank Dr. hair enough, it definitely changed my life a lot!! I never thought I was able to see clear again thank you Dr. Hair!

Be careful when you go to that office they charge you for things they didn't do. For example, they sent me a bill for external photos and they never took my photos. I spoke to tell them and they told me that I still had to pay them. I don't recommend them

I love Dr. Wang and all of her office staff. From the front desk to the PA’s (…is that the correct title?). Dr. Wang explains everything clearly, is patient and very competent! I refer her to everyone I know needing eye care. My procedures went very well with great recovery. Some of my friends and family have already switched over and are really glad they did!

From check in to check out everyone was professional, give it 2 thumbs up. You did not wait a long time to see doctor.

Office is very busy, but plenty of staff make sure that my mothers eye care needs are met. They are thorough, explaining clearly what they have found and the treatment plan to keep my eye condition stable.

I have to give this office and staff some props! Everyone is extremely professional, kind and prompt. I waited maybe 5 minutes for my appointment and was done in just under half an hour. I can't stress how greatly I appreciate this The office and rooms are always clean too! Diana was great and I have yet to have a poor experience with your office, staff or doctors. I never dread a check-up. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking!

When I went to the office today for a recheck of my glasses, the staff was very polite and helpful. I only waited a couple minutes before being escorted into a room where I met Dr. McCann. He was extremely nice, listening intently to me and answering all my questions, while reexamining my eyes and new lenses. He then confirmed that my prescription was correct and offered me some useful suggestions.

Bakersfield Eye Care was amazing from the minute I called to schedule an appointment. Their office is extremely clean, their staff is absolutely professional and so caring. Deborah and their manager George were extremely kind and knowledgeable in helping me with a small issue I had with my contacts order. Not only did they take care of the issue, but they went above and beyond! Deborah texted me updates as needed. I am so content with their services that I am recommending them to all my family and friends!

I am new to Bakersfield and, therefore, did a ton of research when it came time to schedule my annual eye exam. I came across Bakersfield Eye Care Optometric Center - NW and read through all of the positive reviews. I set-up my appointment online, sent in all of my paperwork ahead of time, received both a confirmation for and reminder about my appointment.... seamless transactions from the start. I arrived early to my appointment and was warmly greeted, checked-in, and told that I could look around until they were ready for me. About 10 minutes later, and still well before my appointment time, I was taken to an exam room by Jayden whom assisted with the initial part of the exam. Maybe 10 min later I was meeting with Dr. Yang to discuss my results and my vision plan moving forward. I was then introduced to my Optician, Agnes who (very patiently) assisted me in finding the perfect pair of glasses. I never felt rushed by her, but rather that she was truly there to assist with my needs. Thank you, Agnes! I would highly recommend this office and, even more so, this team! So kind, welcoming, and understanding!

The staff was very bubbly especially Maria. Dr. McCan was great as well. I was acknowledged and heard. I had a glasses and contact lens exam. I purchased contact lenses and checked out/tried on a few frames as well. I love the NW location.

Everyone was very sweet! All of my Concerns were answered, recommendations were made, and once I was moved back to the front to pick my glasses out Hannah took the liberty to choose some frames based off of the style I currently had. She was really sweet along with Ms. Jayden. I feel so terrible the doctor told me his name and it went in one ear and out the other. He is a tall younger looking Caucasian man and he was also very sweet made me feel very comfortable! Thank you all for a great experience! My sister recommended them and I am very pleased with the services ☺️
