Dr. Derek Quan is amazing at what he does and he always has a smile on his face and knows how to crack a joke the prices are cheap and the frames are nice

Lousy !! the worst possible !! I went to take an exam for DMV and they forced me to buy the lenses to take the exam, having the new lenses with 2 months of use !!! this is a crime !! totally illegal !!

This place is incredible. The students that first examined me, and the doctors that checked on the work of the students, and then spoke to me were patient and kind. The doctors helped me understand medical issues that I've had since childhood. From the office staff that greets you, to the optical department where I ordered and received my glasses, you're treated with respect, patience, and kindness. The facility is spotless and the waiting room is welcoming and comfortable.

Seriously, this was the best most comprehensive eye exam I’ve ever received. The selection of frames and sunglasses is unreal. They’ve got every top brand including high-end luxury brands.

Best kept secret in Anaheim! Luv this place. The eye exams are very long expect to be here for at least two hours but it’s worth every minute for your eye health.

Dr. Yang himself is great at communicating and helping you understand the intricacies of the eye. But, all doctor's offices have a high dependence on good staff. The staff now (Summer 2023) is great again as they were many years ago, but there have been several years where that was not the case (but Dr. Yang has always been good).

I am very happy, Doctor Yang is very professional, knowledgeable , patient. I have seen many different eye doctors in my life and nobody was able to help me but Doctor Yang did, he was able to diagnose the problem, provide the right treatment, and my vision got better !

Dr. Yang and his entire staff are the greatest. He will work with you until everything is perfect. I would recommend him highly.

I have decided to change my review! After the time that was spent with me today’ and the care I received due to an eye issue and the way I was treated’ goes to show that they cared and were truly concerned! We actually got to the bottom of the issue and it was resolved! Why four star? There was an issue with eyeglasses when they came in and needed to be sent back! Yes I would go back again!

Waiting time - very long. Don’t know what the point of appointment if you have to wait over an hour to be seen. Was here 1 month ago - prescription not accurate so rescheduled for vision check. The tried to dilate my eyes for pressure check - refused as completely unnecessary to repeat this as normal a month ago. Inconvenient hours - only open 8 am - 4 pm. This along with long wait time you have to take at least 1/2 day off work. Wouldn’t be coming here again. Update: went back to pick up glasses (for 2nd time). Bhumika Pandya checked if these glasses were. Ok. She discussed above review with me and insisted that they never billed for last visit ( this was not made clear to me at the time of the apt and my insurance has not been billed so far). She also insisted eye pressure checked was part of the assessment. Agree that it is part of the annual assessment but it is not medically necessary to repeat if it was done/ normal a month ago. She also said she only works for the company and acuity eyecare might take legal action against me.
