You're in great hands here. Dr tran listened to my previous history and helped me understand my condition. He is very honest. I've gone to americas best and they stole my money by prescribing me glasses that made my condition worse and gave me headaches. At the end of my experience, americas best kept my glasses and never gave me a refund. Dr Tran explained to me that glasses were not needed at the moment. He explained to me more about my eye shape, which I did not know, and I'm very happy. I strongly recommend, you will not feel ignored, rushed, or like you're taking up space.

First time visiting this location , very flexible with different insurances which was very nice . Came here due to a friend recommending me this place .One of the best experiences I have had . Everyone here is so nice and over a pleasant experience. Optometrist asked me about my needs , what I was looking for in glasses or contacts . Asked me if I wanted more comfort , cheaper was very considering about my budget . Didn’t pressure me to upgrade or oversell. Will definitely be coming back. Also loving my new contacts he recommended.

Dr. Thien Tran and his amazing team have been my optometrist for many years now. They have always provided top-tier optometry care and service. I am really grateful and happy I decided to go with him initially many years ago. Dr. Tran is a great optometrist and has helped me manage and take care of a critical eye condition that occured while I was working for my business. Dr. Tran is great at analyzing your healthcare needs and providing knowledgeable and efficient answers and solutions to your current questions and situation. Also, his optometry technicians Magdalena and Cindy have recently provided some great service and care in my previous visits. Thank you Dr. Tran and your awesome team!

I started going to Dr. Downs over a year ago. He is so nice and very patient. They did tests that I never had before to check the health of my eyes. His staff is friendly, helpful and patient in helping choose your new glasses. They have beautiful frames to choose from. They also gave me a discount since I don’t have eye insurance. I recommend this office.

We love Anaheim Hills Optometry. My husband, daughter and myself all see Dr. Lovcik and couldn’t be happier. He is always thorough and professional and has a great bedside manner. The staff is also wonderful and very helpful. They are always on time and we are in and out in no time. I highly recommend this office for all your vision needs.

went into new image and got my very first pair of prescription spectacles!!! and i love em. great friendly service, even loved the huge variety/selection of frames. i definitely will be back for another pair soon.

Doctor Vanna has to be the nicest optometrist I have ever found! Her business has every frame you could want and Designer frames! Very good prices and very professional!! She talks with you and laugh's with you!!! I will always go to her!!! She is a jewel!

Dr. Julie is friendly and amazing! She makes me feel so welcomed! Best service ever ! Her staff is also amazing they walk you through the process as much as Julie does! I’ve been coming to Katella Optometry for almost 10 years now! She keeps you informed with every eye exam.
