These ladies and gentleman that work at this office are wonderful people. They really care about their patients. They are happy to help families in need and are patient with the kids, especially those kiddos that have had previous bad experiences at other clinics... I really like the staff. Will definitely be coming here for future eye exams! Keep up the great work to help our children have great eyesight! 😊

All of my eye exams have been great here. The staff in the optical department are very attentive and amazing to work with. I always have issues with glasses fitting my face correctly and both Eileen and Salvador were patient and accommodating with the Oakley frames that were not fitting me correctly. But they both made sure that I was 100% satisfied before leaving with them along with another pair of frames that I purchased there. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism.

Inaccurate and deceptive information was initially given. I was told contacts fitting was $75-90 over the phone. But after the appointment I was told I owed $130. Barbra told me $90 while Serena told me $75 over the phone. Then Serena tried to say that she didn’t know I would need a new contacts brand. This information should just be available online if they are unable to relay the information correctly. Dr. Roh was good but the experience with the receptionists were horrible. I was told they would send me forms beforehand to fill out but they got the email address wrong and didn’t send it out until 4pm the day before the appointment. When I arrived at the building, I wasn’t sure where the office was and called multiple times in the span of 10 mins and no one picked up. Only when I emailed them, did they pick up the call. The receptionist Serena said it must have been something wrong with the phone. How is it possible that the phone down but it was magically fixed after I emailed?

Great eye care office with friendly staff and a personable and knowledgeable doctor (Dr. Patel) who cares about her patients. Fantastic selection of frames, from everyday to designer, at reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

I got my glasses sometime at the end of July going into August. When I first got my glasses back, the coding was wrong on one of the lens and I barely only had them for a week. I had to go back and return them to be fixed. Then about two months later, I realize my glasses seemed like the transition or coding was messed up. It reminded me of a bad tint job on a car and the paint peels. I keep my glasses in a case, and only wipe them with eyeglass cleaner wipes. Also have compared them to my last glasses which I had for several years and they have deep scratches versus the ones shown in this picture which l've had for about only 3 months

I worked with Dr. Khan as a medical student and he is a very knowledgeable, efficient, and understanding physician. He made sure that patients understood what he was doing and why and addressed any patient concerns thoroughly. He made sure the patients received the follow-up and care they needed and ensured there was a plan in place for each patient he saw. In the surgery center, he was comprehensive and efficient while working on the patients to make sure they didn't need to be in the OR longer than was needed. He's a physician I would highly recommend!

Great service during the exam and while picking out glasses!

I felt so insecure with many dentist in the past. Yessica L and Dr. Yalda are the best. They were so sweet and caring with me. They let me know everything that was happening with me and actually let me make my choices for myself with the the information I needed. When I had questions they didn't come back at me with more questions, they gave me direct honest answers. You can tell Yessica and Dr. Yalda care about their patients and do not treat them like money bags. I highly suggest requesting them if you are able to. Thank you so much for all your help and support!

Dr. Chokshi is second to none in his field!!! This is the second time that I have been seen by this physician. And my second rave review of him as I just can't say enough good things about him ( his expertise in the field, the utmost compassion for his patients, etc.). I have total confidence in Dr. Chokshi and wholeheartedly recommend him!

The doctor was very nice and welcoming. Elizabeth was very very helpful and attentive when it came to choosing the best glasses for ny needs. She took her time to explain the details relating to prescription; even showing the different comparisons of options that were available for me to choose. Thank you SI Optometry.
