Dr. Wada takes the time to explain the best ways to help you see. I've been a patient of his for 20+ years. He keeps his staff for many years. They are kind and efficient. You can also book appointments online and the Star Trek decor is very fun.

I had a great experience at this Optometrist office. Dr. Wada and his staff are very professional and kind. The office atmosphere is great with a Star Trek theme. I'm glad I found them for my eye care and recommend them for anyone looking for an Optometrist.

It was such a smooth process. The girl at the front was so kind and professional. Made a huge difference in my visit :) I will be telling all my family about this place. Dr Wada was awesome, very patient and thorough. Location was clean and literally felt like I was inside Star Wars ride.

From the moment I walked into the store, I was treated with kindness and attentiveness by Jennifer. With her abundance of knowledge for everything eyeglasses, I felt comfortable knowing I was going to walk out with exactly what I needed, nothing more or less. She made my entire experience worry free and enjoyable. I will be returning to Lens Crafters and hopefully be helped by Jennifer. Furthermore, I will also recommend to my friends and family.

The Dr. Was very friendly. Furthermore, Anusha the sales rep was very friendly, professional, and patient with me. She cares about her customers and it was a great first experience at this location. I’ll be referring my wife here. Lastly, the sales floor supervisor was very engaging when I first walked in. She greeted me, and respected that I was just looking to see if they had any frames that I liked. She ended up helping me with a same day appointment which was awesome!

My experience was smooth and informative. Felicia helped me out and she was very warm, relatable and friendly. She was patient and kind. I felt very comfortable with the doctor as well. She was knowledgeable and helped me recognize something I didn't know needed recognization, helping me to correctly label what I was experiencing and seeking to understand instead of rushing. It was a simple process. I can't forget Jennifer too who is super helpful, warm and a sweetheart. These people look to help any possible way they can.

Dr. Eriq was very thorough, professional, and explained in full detail everything I needed to know. The staff was efficient. The office was clean and organized. Service was prompt, and fast. Options were offered. I will return to this Azul office. Parking was plentiful.

What a difference from my previous five visits Dr.Plechot was very attentive to my concern and explained the process to be followed.

They don’t pick up the phone often, 3 girls sitting, talking and laughing while people on the line are directed for a call back number!! Strange You get paid to do work for people so do your job right!!!

Natalie and her staff are great - professional, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. I have been going here for years for glasses and contact lenses, and they always listen well and figure out what I need. I’m very happy I found them and highly recommend!

Dr. Duong is very sweet, and staff is very friendly. She's very thorough and provides a lot of information and recommendation to help maintain your eye health. Would recommend her.
