Dr. Duong is very sweet, and staff is very friendly. She's very thorough and provides a lot of information and recommendation to help maintain your eye health. Would recommend her.

I loved how patient each staff member was with me. The doctor took her time to explain my dry eyes and was patient with me trying to read the letters. Definitely recommend for people to come in and get their eyes checked here.

I saw reviews and went for annual check up. I asked only for glasses and mentioned glasses in form. Dr checked for lenses and I have to pay for lenses exam. Moreover my wife glasses prescription was not accurate. In prescription it was 1 number more for both eyes, After getting glasses my wife was not comfortable to see or read. Went to other Optometry and got new glasses which is 1 number less in both eyes.

If your glasses break or you need new glasses quickly don’t come here. This is my first and last time coming. The woman on the phone is awful. I called many times to check when the new glasses I ordered would be done since my current glasses broke. I called many days in a row, because I really needed the new glasses. She spoke in a condescending tone and explained to me like I was dumb how I signed that their glasses would take several business days to be done (14-25 I believe, but don’t quote me on it). I understood this well before she had explained it to me. However, every time I called back she would give me the runaround saying she couldn’t even give me a guesstimate on when they would be in. She would leave me on hold for a while and was not professional at all. Her personal emotions got in the way of her service to me simply because I desperately needed those glasses. I can not drive without having glasses and constantly having my glasses fall off my face from being broken was not something I could put up with continuously especially while driving. I had multiple people call to give benefit of the doubt that maybe she had something against me for calling so I had other people call but she gave them the attitude too and kept saying my glasses would not be in for several more days (past the 25 business days). I believe she was pretending to not know the status on my glasses. As someone who depends heavily on their glasses I could simply not accept that. So I kept calling. The woman on the phone will not be very helpful or professional. The doctor and all the other staff are helpful and do their job well. The frame choices are abundant too. The woman on the phone left a bad first impression and for that reason I will not be coming back.

I really thought this was a good place to be until Ana front desk just talked to me in the most horrible demeanor DONT COME TO THIS PLACE her attitude was completely ridiculous for no reason at all i still dont know what I did not deserve this im completely confused as to why i was treated so poorly. Ana doesn't not deserve to work here.

I have been taking both of my children to get eye exams with Ketchum University Eye Care Center. My daughter since she was 4 and she is know 13. My son has used their services since he was 1 and he is now 10 years old. My son is the only one that requires prescription glasses since he was 1 year old and our experience has been fantastic. They are very patient every single time, they do a thorough exam every time and the Drs are very knowledgeable and very detailed. I would never be able to take my children to any other place. Their optical center is well stocked and their staff is very knowledgeable. My son's glasses are always made to perfection. I highly recommend this center.

Ketchum Health was great! Almost no wait time for both of my appointments. The students that assisted me were very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They ran a series of tests to figure out the specific eye issues I was having. All of the tests were reported back to the supervising optometrist who made the final decision in regards to my treatment/prescription. She also was very personable and explained everything very well to me before she let me go. I was happier here than the private optometrist I went to before.

Love, love, love. I've been visiting Ketchum for a couple of years now. I originally visited Ketchum because they were offering a student special for eye exams, once I had the proper insurance I updated my insurance info and stayed with this office. The technology they use is very advanced and the exams are very thorough. The staff is also very patient and always very welcoming. I recently visited their new location in Anaheim and it's huge! It's a 2 story building with a department for almost anything you could think of whether just a general eye exam, contacts, even vision therapy. I recently visited because I'm making the transition from glasses to contacts. I was at the office for a little over 2 hours. The doctors who have helped me so far have been very kind and have been nothing but great help. Before I settle down with a pair of new contacts, the doctors have been working with me to get a pair of contacts that work best with my eye sight.

My experience at Downtown Anaheim Family Optometry was excellent. I experienced the latest technology in optometry, a throughly complete exam, and best customer service. The place was very welcoming, charming, and harmonious. The doctor was so professional, understanding, and explained everything. I'm thankful for this visit.

I've been going here for over a year now, and have gotten my last two annual eye exams here. Dr. Julie Gewon Shu is awesome. Very warm and personable, and makes the process easy.
