My experience with Dr. Neal as well as all the entire staff was nothing short of incredible! I was able to be seen urgently for a corneal abrasion and throughout the process including the follow up, the team made every detail so easy. The professionalism, timeliness, and kindness was unparalleled. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Neal’s office is probably the most well-run I have ever seen. Everyone is friendly, to the point, no waiting around and his staff are kind and efficient. And what a gentleman he is! What a difference from most I have been in lately!

I received a very warm and kind welcoming. The service is very efficient. There was zero waiting time to be served. All my inquiries and concerns were answered. My next appointment is already in the making. Excellent and efficient staff.

I have been going there a few years now and never had any problems. I actually chose this place since they were open on weekends too which is definitely a plus for me! Staff are friendly and very helpful and appointments are on time. They get you in and out pretty quickly!

This office is amazing, clean, well kept and staff members were very friendly. Jocelyn and the team were very on top of getting things taken care of in a timely matter. If I could give ten stars, I would. 10/10 would recommend and will use them again. Thank you for your amazing service!

Dr. Vargas is great! I've been going to him for 5 years now, him & his staff always give the best service and advice. Their facility is clean and easy to find. They're the best!

Christina at front desk is wonderful! Give that Girl a raise! The Doctor is very patient! My Wife is in a wheelchair so I have to pick Her up to put Her in the exam chair. Great experience!!!

My wife says the staff and doctors are great! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It's a very nice Large facility. They also have what appears to be a commercial Keurig machine in the waiting area for your use. I say appears as I'm not a coffee drinker so not familiar with the devices.

Unable to reach by phone to confirm that my mother’s appointment is indeed in a new location. I was on hold over 15 minutes, then advised to leave a message, then advised the voicemail was full. Terrible customer service! Why would they schedule her in a different location without advising us? I guess we will go to the new location today and see what happens.
