I can't say enough at how pleased I've been while doing business here for my glasses! The whole staff has been great, and I'd like to recognize Ezmeralda and Frances, especially! I've had to come back multiple times for adjustments, focusing issues, and ordering additional glasses, and they have been more than accommodating and kind through this journey of mine! Hands down, one of the best Lens Crafters I've done business with! They make you feel welcome, listen, and connect with you and embody what excellent customer service should look like!!

Love going to Lense Crafters on Oracle and working with Cindy! She is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and makes my eye glass decisions a fun experience! Thank you Cindy for once again assisting me with my eye glasses and sun glasses and helping me make the right decisions!

My wife and I used to use one of the big eye doctors in the mall but we were never quite satisfied we gave Friske a chance and we were not disappointed. We receive better care, the staff is fantastic, and they have many more eye tests. as well as having a great selection of glasses to choose from. All around a great eye doctor to go to.

Dr Friske was very patient with my elderly mother who has dementia. She explained what she was doing throughout the exam. Lexi was wonderful, too, and answered all of Mom’s questions when she was choosing her frames.

I have been going to dr. Friske since I was a child. Everyone is so nice & proficient. I always feel comfortable there!

Very quick and thorough experience. I would have liked that the eye equipment was sanitized between patients. I saw someone get their eyes examined after me and no one cleaned them. Considering many people get their eyes checked daily and equipment is touching our faces, they should be cleaned after every use.

Super easy to make the appointment online with plenty of dates and times to choose from. Easy to reschedule too. Great communication. Friendly and helpful customer service. We go every year for an eye exam, but this is the first time we tried Target Optical. This was, by far, the most technologically advanced office we've been too. The exams and new prescriptions were done so quickly and the prices were reasonable. Dr. Bodley was nice and easy to communicate with. I'm looking forward to my new glasses!

I have been bringing my family here for years. More recently I have felt brushed off and been given inconsistent information, ultimately costing me financially. The negative atmosphere when entering the clinic doesn't go unnoticed. Because of this I have decided not to make any direct purchases with the Dr and look for another provider.

I had LASIK done at the end of June 2022 and wish I had done it like 20 years ago! It's so nice to wake up in the morning and not have to find my glasses or put in contacts. Everyone in the office was always incredibly nice to me and had no problem answering any questions that I had. After wearing glasses/contacts since I was a child, I was so excited for my procedure. I didn't meet Dr. Hammond until right before on the day of the procedure. But, once he came into the room and looked through my chart, I was surprised that he seemed to match my level of excitement for the life changing procedure I was about to have! And over a year later, I can definitely say that this was life changing! I'm so happy and couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Hammond and the staff! Thank you!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I got my LASIK surgery done here last week and every single thing was amazing. Everyone that worked there was very kind, helpful and caring. They were very good at communicating the whole process and clearly answering my questions in a way I understood. They were very upfront and honest about how everything would go and that is exactly how it went. They mentioned that I may have dry eyes for a while and experience halos, especially at night. It was noticeable the first couple of days but got better and continues to get better. I knew to expect all this, though, because the Dr. clearly informed me that this would be the case and would go away after a while. As for the procedure, it was quick painless and a good experience. Going in, I never felt nervous because I was so at ease with the staff. They prescribed me something to help with anxiousness, but I didn't need it because I already felt calm and ready to go. The surgery took maybe 10 minutes at most and was absolutely painless. Just a slight pressure, but nothing unmanageable. In fact it was cool to see how it was all done as it was happening. Follow up care was clear and simple. And as long as you follow the instructions, you should have no problem after the procedure. I also want to mention, I went to other places that offered LASIK and had a consultation, but no where came close to these guys. I felt more confident and relaxed here than any of the other places. The other thing I noticed that meant a lot to me was that the office here was so clean and clutter free (not the case at other places I went to). That made me feel really at ease and better about the whole thing. They also have great movies playing in the lobby and I loved that. This surgery truly changed my life. I am so grateful to the LASIK Institute for making this experience easy and something I will not soon forget! For the price and the overall experience here, it is more than worth it to go with The LASIK Institute. Trust me.
