I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I got my LASIK surgery done here last week and every single thing was amazing.
Everyone that worked there was very kind, helpful and caring. They were very good at communicating the whole process and clearly answering my questions in a way I understood. They were very upfront and honest about how everything would go and that is exactly how it went.
They mentioned that I may have dry eyes for a while and experience halos, especially at night. It was noticeable the first couple of days but got better and continues to get better. I knew to expect all this, though, because the Dr. clearly informed me that this would be the case and would go away after a while.
As for the procedure, it was quick painless and a good experience. Going in, I never felt nervous because I was so at ease with the staff. They prescribed me something to help with anxiousness, but I didn't need it because I already felt calm and ready to go. The surgery took maybe 10 minutes at most and was absolutely painless. Just a slight pressure, but nothing unmanageable. In fact it was cool to see how it was all done as it was happening.
Follow up care was clear and simple. And as long as you follow the instructions, you should have no problem after the procedure.
I also want to mention, I went to other places that offered LASIK and had a consultation, but no where came close to these guys. I felt more confident and relaxed here than any of the other places.
The other thing I noticed that meant a lot to me was that the office here was so clean and clutter free (not the case at other places I went to). That made me feel really at ease and better about the whole thing.
They also have great movies playing in the lobby and I loved that.
This surgery truly changed my life. I am so grateful to the LASIK Institute for making this experience easy and something I will not soon forget! For the price and the overall experience here, it is more than worth it to go with The LASIK Institute. Trust me.

Had Lasik here a couple months ago and I'm very happy I did. My vision wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good. It's now 20/15 in both eyes.
The process is very quick when compared to other types of surgery. The day of the appointment takes maybe an hour, with the actual surgery taking 5-10 minutes.
I had no pain, but did have some discomfort for a few hours after. Everything was hazy for a couple day, them cleared up to perfect vision!

I’ve been here previously for other glasses but I went in Nov 1, 2023 to get an eye exam and had a bad time. I worked with Fernanda, I asked about some new frames and some sunglasses and she helped with all of the things. I ended up just wanting to get my current glasses re-lensed because vision and style is expensive. I was told at the beginning of the interaction that it would be $25 to use my own frames. Okay, that’s cool whatever. I left my glasses and went home. Upon looking at my receipt, it shows that there is a $0 charge for using your own frames and on top of that I was charged for a $25 warranty I didn’t ask for. I called the location to get clarification and Fernanda told me okay, we can remove that when you come in. Cool. When I went in to pick up my glasses I was assisted by the assistant general manager who said “Yeah she was actually doing you a favor cause it’s $25 to use your own frames but she subbed that for the warranty” okay so she did me a favor by lying or withholding info. If she would’ve been upfront or clear about how my receipt would look then I wouldn’t be upset. And now Assistant GM is telling me she was doing me a favor, sounds like sales misconduct to me and it sounds like they’re all doing it. By the looks of my receipt it shows that there is no fee to use my own frames that I purchased there previously and now I can’t get that fee reimbursed by my insurance because of the way they presented it on the receipt, it looks like I was frivolous and purchased warranty which I don’t get reimbursed for. Im actually very disappointed because I’ve recommended this place to friends and family before and I thought it was worth going back to. Go somewhere else if you can, transparency is an uncommon trait to find in a salesperson so when you find it stick with them! I’d rather someone sell me the value in their product rather than shoving it down my throat and call it a favor.
Update: I emailed the team that said to reach out to them and they said they’d have someone reach out to me. It is now 11/14/23 and I have yet to hear from anyone.

I was in a bind because I forgot my contacts on vacation, and I've never had such wonderful service before. EVERYONE at this location was absolutely wonderful and kind, and went out of their way to save my vacation without asking anything in return. I can't thank them enough, and if a tenth of that attitude comes across normally, you're in fantastic hands.

My family and I have been going to Eyeglass World for many years. Cesar and his staff have always been helpful. I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment, insurance, or receiving my glasses or contacts when I'm supposed to. Cesar provides great customer service and expects his staff to do the same. When I need something and Cesar is not available I can always count on him to make sure Michael knows what's going on and Michael also takes care of their customers. I highly recommend Eyeglass World and highly recommend Dr. Fabricant.

Christina as Lens Crafter Tucson Mall location was an absolute delight. I originally came in without an appointment for a repair. She educated me on how to take care of my sunglasses. Not only did she fixed them she cleaned and adjusted them as well. I have had them for 9 years almost 10 and I’m so grateful because they are my favorite and spent a lot of money originally. Thank you again Christina!!! You are the BEST and really exemplify what customer service should look like.

Went in to pick up a pair of glasses that were ordered and paid for. They only had two people working, and they were taking a lot of talking about families etc with the clients they were helping. I was just told, they would get to me when they were done. But when the phone rang, one of them jumped on the phone and was on the phone for a bit of time to help the phone customer. I tried to let the one lady know that I was just there to pick up some glasses when she was not talking to her other client and she cut me off and told me to wait. The only reason I give the store 2 stars is because the guy who was on the phone, checked with me about what I was there for and when he realized I was just picking up glasses and only needed a min of his time, he helped me out.

I have been going to Christina at LensCrafters Tucson Mall for close to 10 years. Regardless of insurance and prices I will keep coming back to her just for the great customer service, she always goes above and beyond and really takes the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. I'd be so lost without her great taste and efforts to ensure that I as a customer am always 100% satisfied with my purchases and experience. Shout out to Marcus also, you guys definitely make my visits memorable. I look forward to seeing you both when I come back to pick up my glasses and do a fitting.

My elderly uncle went to see Dr. Diamos for a low vision evaluation after failing to pass his vision test at the MVD. He was heartbroken at the thought of not being able to drive anymore. After consulting with the doctor, she recommended a bioptic device for driving. Thanks to the knowledge and compassion of Dr. Diamos my uncle is safely on the road again! It warmed my heart to see one of my favorite people smiling ear to ear insisting HE drive us to lunch. If you have someone in your family needing low vision services I highly recommend Dr. Diamos!

Dr. Snyder was meticulous and relentless in his quest to find the best solution to my vision problem, and he devoted an inordinate amount of his time to helping me out. His level of expertise and care is phenomenal, and I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Snyder as my doctor. I am filled with gratitude.

Dr. Snyder is both professional and friendly! I just had cataract surgery a week ago and my vision is great! I am extremely pleased and would recommend Dr. Snyder highly! The staff is great also!
