Dr. Kang was Extremely thorough and highly knowledgable throughout the exam!

The best experience in all of my years of coming to LensCrafters! My intake was great! Cynthia was phenomenal as always! The optometrist was funny and fascinating! The young lady that processed me while choosing my glasses was amazing!

I finally decided to get Clear Lens Exchange and I honestly wish I had done it sooner. Dr. Yaldo and the team were fantastic. The procedure was fast, painless and I was seeing 20/20 by the next day. The staff was professional, and my vision is sharper than it has been in 12 years… Life changing.

I am so glad I changed my Optometrist to Dr. Whitley. He listened to all the things I needed to say and allowed me to "compare notes" with him! I was able to say everything I needed to say without feeling that I stepped over the line! He actually spent over 2 hrs. with me just to make sure that I am well taken care of! Then there are these wonderful women at the front office. They were very nice to welcome me as soon as I stepped in. Lastly, the lady who fitted me with a new pair was also excellent! She was able to help me decide which pair is best for me. All of them had a very big smile and a very nice attitude! I felt very welcomed!

My first time here. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. I will return.

New patient here. I've had challenges in the past to have contact lenses prescribed for me that fit correctly. Dr. Thai did a spectacular job fitting my new multi-focal lenses the first try and I could not be happier. I hope she will be my and my family's eye doctor for many years to come.

I was referred to come to Pittsburgh Eye Institue from our PCP. I made an appt for 10:30AM. I showed up approx. 10 minutes past 10:30. Jessica told me that my appointment was scheduled for 10:15.. I personally called and scheduled my appointment, it was for 10:30AM. She told me that I would have to reschedule because I missed my 15-minute window. I can understand if someone accidentally scheduled us for 10:15 in their system but told me 10:30 over the phone, accidents happen. I tried explaining to Jessica that I promise my appt was scheduled for 10:30. Jessica got extremely snippy with me and demanded that I show proof. The moment she said it, she realized how out of line she was. I understand some customers that come in may be rude or make up appointments, but I was nothing short of kind while dealing with her. There was clearly a mix up on times and a lack of communication. Regardless, how Jessica handled the situation was nothing short of rude and unprofessional. If she behaved that way with a customer that was calm and collected. I'd hate to see how she acts toward an actual difficult customer.

Dr Patel was very efficient, friendly and thorough with my exam! SERENA did an outstanding job helping me decide on frames and lens types. She was friendly, informative, and an absolute pleasure to work with! I think every business could use an employee like Serena… one that that cares, is compassionate and truly there to give her best for customers! The entire encounter , from the first “hello”, to picking up my glasses, was a GOLD STANDARD of care for service! This will be my MY chosen place for glasses and eyewear from now on, I RECOMMEND THE SAME FOR YOU! Big love and many thanks Serena, Dr Patel and all other staff! Bravo 👏

Absolutely terrible!. The front staff are professional and courteous. Dr. Bonnnazio however is the worst human being ever. I have literally told my entire family and friends to stop going to this office. My contacts and glasses broke. She refused to even speak to me or acknowledge me despite my calling and emailing the office. My prescription lapsed and the earliest appointment they had was 3 months away. I asked for a pair of contacts and even offered to pay for them to get me by until the appointment. She refused to speak to me directly, but informed her staff to let me know under no circumstances could she do that. It's apparently more dangerous to send me away with the ability to not see than to give a pair of contacts to hold me over until I can have the appointment. I called, email and even presented myself in person and the coward that she is couldn't even see me in person. What a disgrace!
